I stopped by this morning to make some copies (I had a physical copy of my document with me, so no computer needed). The woman there, Rocky, told me I would have to come back when her “print guy” came in in the afternoon. I told her I didn’t have time to stop by in the afternoon. I showed her my document and she refused to print my document because she didn't understand the copier. She didn’t.even.TRY. to help me. And she just stood there and smiled and refused to help me. I was stunned. Who works at a UPS store where printing is one of your primary services and then tell the customer you don’t know how the copier works?! I’m pretty sure if I told my boss I couldn’t do a task that the job requires, I’d be fired. So I drove down Buford Hwy to another location and they immediately helped me and it took all of 2 minutes to print 50 copies. I told them about my experience at the Sugar Hill location and they started laughing and said the Sugar Hill location has a bad reputation because the staff that work there are lazy and they claim to not know how to do anything so the Buford location gets all their turned away clients. Now I know not to go to Sugar Hill again. Rocky should be fired for 1. not knowing how to do her job and 2. for refusing to help a customer without even attempting to try. You can’t successfully perform your job? Then you should be fired. That’s...
Read moreA time-sensitive package containing plans for the fire department review was shipped from this UPS access point on January 13th with an estimated delivery date of January 15th. The package was delayed for 10 days. I requested information on alternative delivery options, such as personally picking up the package from its current location and delivering it myself. The staff at the access point were unhelpful, stating that they had no control over the delivery and could not provide any assistance. They also refused to share information about the delivery services they initially accepted for my package.
I contacted UPS customer service directly and received more helpful assistance. I was informed that the delay was due to incremental weather and that the package had been delivered this morning. I was also provided with the name, address, and phone number of the facility that made the final delivery.
I believe the service provided by this UPS store on Buford Hwy was unacceptable and irresponsible, especially with unwilling to help on service that...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I’m really upset with the way the lady (staff) was talking to me (customer). I had a package with 2nd day Air Shipping, but it took 5 days to deliver. I didn’t ask for reimbursement or responsibility as they said they have no control once it left their facility. I just don’t want it happens again in the future. The lady has just being defensive too much, didn’t bother to listen to customer, didn’t cooperate to solve the problem for future shipments. Extremely frustrated.
Updated: (In response to the answer from the owner below). Again, I’m not blaming the store for the late delivery. I’M FRUSTRATED WITH THE WAY YOUR STAFF TALKING TO ME. This is the main reason for the bad review to the store. I don’t need her to give me the phone number of UPS customer service complaints. I can easily find it on UPS website. I hung up the phone because she kept on talking, raising her voice to me, didn’t let me express my concern, while I was gentle and polite to her. So still terrible experience with this...
