Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sugar Land

When this location was getting ready to open I was extremely excited since it’s super close and my family and I love Chipotle. Unfortunately this location is terrible! I came before and my order was wrong and when I came back for them to correct it they weren’t apologetic and was rude. Today I tried it again and first thing I noticed was how rude most of the staff was. This is a place to serve customers and the last thing customers should have to deal with it rude workers. If they can’t do their job politely they shouldn’t have this job. Whomever the manager is they need to get a new staff and try to save this place. It’s too nice and too new to have these problems.

Also for some reason you can’t order a quesadilla at the restaurant. I asked the guy why and he said because they weren’t able to ring it up. He also said that’s how all locations do it. I frequently go to another location when I’m at work and I am always able to order the quesadilla with no problem. The manager needs to contact another location or corporate...

UPDATE: Food has been slightly better recently, but they STILL don’t have lettuce when ordering online, but they do in person. I want to say they have been out of lettuce for over 6 months.

I’m usually not one to write reviews but i am so frustrated. I am a long time frequent chipotle customer and these days I often order delivery. The Richmond location used to be the one that delivered to my house, and now it’s this one. I’ve ordered from here at least 10 times hoping it would eventually improve. Every time I order delivery (after this store was built) something is wrong. About twice my food was messed up. But most frequently either the rice is CRUNCHY and uncooked (happened about 6 times), the portion sizes are smaller than normal, or both. Also, this location has been out of lettuce for months while the other locations have it. I wish I could order delivery from another location because i’ve definitely been eating chipotle much less often...

1/17/25: Quaint little spot, almost unnoticed & hidden on Hwy 6 S & Bissonett near Mission Bend area next to Starbucks. Yep it's the S.B. that directs your eyes and you'll be so glad you patronized. Food: was delicious, simple fountain drinks (I had some pomegranate strawberry aqua or something...was a delight & refreshing) absolutely 5 Stars (Fresh & Filling); kinda pricey though so choose something you'll enjoy. Wasn't a fan of the chips... :/Service: kinda laid back tho our server was on her business and EXACTLY why service received a 5 Star. Atmosphere: was clean, chilly and cozy (cute NOT warm)!
