I am in major shock and disbelief about the service we received on Saturday February 9th at about 2pm. We were seated promptly and then a server came and took our drink orders and brought them out promptly, my frozen margarita was like 4 big gulps had been taken from the glass before he sat it down. I asked that it be filled as it usually is....Maybe this is what caused the downhill spiral of BAD service. We were there for 22 minutes AND this SAME young server passed us by 3 times after he dropped off the margarita. We waited patiently about 6-7 minutes before we motioned to him and mouthed "Hello, we are ready to order" He looked and gave us a hand gesture and nod as to say "yes, i will be right there" . He kept looking around and a couple came in and he walked over and brought them chips and salsa....3-4 more minutes passed and we motioned again but this time saying "hey, we are ready to order" he gave us the gesture with his hands saying be right there and then 3-4 minutes later another couple walked in, he took their order and 3 minutes later brought them chips salsa and margaritas. The last straw was when he walked past us and took the order of the first couple even though we were continually looking around trying to get his attention. The restaurant was with perhaps 4 other tables all scattered out and one had already began to eat. We got up and left!!! We were there the night before and Stephanie seated me and another friend and there was almost missed service , but i managed to diffuse the situation with my friend because the same thing happened to us even before being seated, but Stephanie tried to explain and after the best margarita that I have had in years was served, we were all laughing that night. But I will go ONE more time and if I see that server and he tries to wait on my table i will flatly refuse HIM. I think this place is nice, but staff need more training. I have to admit the Margaritas will keep me coming...

Stopped here for lunch before heading to the grocery store. I wanted to try their empanadas appetizer. It came to us hot and crisp! They tasted great. I can't recall what they were stuffed with, but it was a mix of ingredients. For my entree I wanted to try their Charcoal Enchiladas. It sounded good, with beef Fajita meat and cheese, baked and sauced with more. Unfortunately, the enchilada itself wasn't baked. The tortilla tasted like it had just been wrapped. The tortillas were stuffed with beef Fajita meat, which was good, and what seemed like queso cheese. It wasn't the type of cheese I normally expect in an enchilada. The tortilla tasted fresh, but not baked. And it was topped with more of the same queso that's inside with the meat. It was a bit much and just tasted pieced together, rather than cohesive. The rice was a bit mushier than I prefer. The charro beans were good, though. My wife ordered the Enchiladas Verdes, which was good. It was much better than the Charcoal Enchiladas, and the flavors tasted like...

This was a disappointing visit. We waited 10 minutes to be seated since there was no one there at the front when we got there. When we were seated someone took our drink order and never came back. A couple was seated after us at the table next to us. Someone came to take their order and we were still waiting. They even got their food while we sat there waiting. When we asked how it is that the couple got their drinks and food first while we were still sitting there waiting....this young man said it was because they were a small table. Are you kidding me! Talk about Bad Customer Service. We never got our drinks and when someone finally showed any interest in our table to bring chips and Salsa we had already decided to leave and take our business else where. That young man missed out on a big tip. Never Again will we go to that place. It use to be good with great customer service and it has gone down. Very...

You can clearly see the hair embedded in my rice . I eat at this place quite often. I called them to let them know there was indeed a hair in the plate, they told me to bring the plate back so that they can swap it out. Yeah problem is I live a good 30 miles from the restaurant, I was told the only accommodation they could make to me was for me to bring the plate back. Wow Everytime I'd come get togo food it 2-3 plates ! Your going to miss that because I will never eat here again. You can't be nasty and have poor customer service because there is no way in hell you should've handled the situation like that, now I gotta go to Whataburger ....

Great food, prices and service provided by Maria G. They have a two page lunch menu I enjoyed No. 25.....sizzling beef fajitas, came with rice, beans and pico de gallo, the 'fitas came with grilled onions, guacamole, bell pepper and half a lime.... flour tortillas were very good. My wife had the combo enchiladas and asked for one ground beef and one chicken, she loved the charro beans and I got refried. We both had coffee and water with our meals. When we're in this area we'll definitely be back.
