Panda Express — Restaurant in Sugar Land

When I eat Asian food I expect to see Asians working at this establishment but when I come to this location I am greeted by a Nigerian woman who has worked here for sometime and though she says “welcome to panda” she is always rude to me as an individual when I come with other guest. Every time they order first which I purposely allow out of respect they immediately ignore me and start doing drive through orders. In my opinion I am singled out because of my age, and because this woman is a foreign African from Nigeria (this is assumed) I have no expectations but I am not happy with the service I receive. Panda Express is not a place I see myself working because Asian cuisine is less oily and fresh when prepared by its native countrymen & women. I entertained the thought of going to a different location and ate inside the restaurant alone. I was greeted warmly and the food was not very different but I appreciated the service and the respect from a young Asian woman not much older than me as an African American. I’d like to see more & receive more gestures like that of the establishment nearly the ikea on i10. What bothers me the most is how African women & African American women are disrespectful to young African American men in this country when it comes to serving in a restaurant. Panda Express is not the only company guilty of this behavior but other places such as Olive Garden when I’ve received terrible service from an African American woman & and another restaurant I can’t recall that may have been ihop where my server did not give me all of my change who was also an African American woman. I do not like being served by African American women & African women because of those behavioral gestures towards young men. While I am no wealthy man I work hard just as other individual people who walk across this earth. I am not asking for this woman’s termination but a change in position where she is out of my sight because the next time I receive service like that at this particular location on high way 6 I will complain to corporate opposed to management who I believe will do nothing at all. I commend the behavior and attitude of the Asian woman at the i10 location for her smile and actually opening the blinds to allow light in and her initial greeting. Complaining is something I’m not fond of but I’ve sat for some time and let my thoughts marinate on what I have done to be treated unfairly. Things like this go unaccounted for but if I am to continue to spend the money I work hard to earn at these “fine dining” establishment then I ask that someone else replace this lady and she be promoted so she can see how hard it is to do work that doesn’t involve a...

This service is really poor. No customer service at all. Moiz was our cashier, he was so rude. Did not give us time to place order. He could not wait to get rid of us. It was obvious that he had no desire to talk to us or be friendly at all. And it was a drive thru order. He did not say hi bye thank you nothing. He was talking over me and was rude with attitude. And we didn’t even do anything. We couldn’t even get our order out without him talking over us. Just rude. When we got up to the window he put out his hand for us to pay then just gave us our food and closed the window. I wanted sauce so I thought he was going to come out again because obviously I was still there where he could see me. He never came I had to honk my horn for him to see why I was still there. And when he came to the window he was just like, Yeah. Can we have some sweet and sour. He walks away. Gives it to us and I say I want two. Not that he asked or anything so he rolls his eyes goes back and then hands it to us and closes the window. Not any thank you have a good day nothing. Just so rude. I will not be coming...

You been to this place quite a few times my wife loves the coconut almond shrimp they have all kinds of great items spicy and non spicy I'll kind general tso's chicken orange chicken lemon chicken 🐔🍗 steak and peppers 🥩🥩 🫑🌶️🫑 but a lot of different setups crab rangoons spring rolls egg rolls vegetarian meals as well this place is very clean the people are very quick to take your order very nice the table set-up reminded me of an old school cafeteria or something still very neat place very clean 🫧🪥 handicap accessible took mine and my wife's order very quickly the portions should be a little bigger for the price however it is good food so you do get what you pay for they have a one meat 🍜 🥣 l 2 meet plate and and a three-meat plate 🍽️ basically $8$11 + $13 I think you'll be able to find something to eat here whether you're vegetarian or not great place earthquake fast food Chinese meal like subscribe and follow for more great reviews see you on...
