First time here and we absolutely LOVED IT! We are definitely no strangers to Indian cuisine and we are always looking for new places to try.

They have their menu posted on screens behind the counter but they also have paper menus available for those who need it. The guy behind the counter was helpful in letting us know that there were varieties of similar dishes (the hubby loves garlic anything) as well as modified versions of our favorite drinks. (I stayed with my traditional Mango Lassi)

The food came out in such a timely manner with our toddlers food coming out first (we loved that) and our food of course was AMAZING!! We had the Tandoori Chicken Kabob with rice. Be ready though because it is on the spicier side but it’s such a good spicy!! Along with boiled eggs (already salted), French toast (don’t expect it to be the sweet French toast typically seen at brunch) and the hubs also had the Veg Cheese Grill which he says he will be ordering again on our next visit.

There is free water available and the entire staff was so sweet and wanted honest opinions about their food. Pretty sure we just found our new Sunday spot!

Can’t wait to try other things on the menu!...

So I have been a fan of eggholic from Jersey city. I was very excited when I saw they are opening a location in Houston. We tried many dishes here but in my personal opinion it wasn’t up to the mark compared to the Jersey city one. Chai was good. Mango drink was presented very well.toofan egg and chicken were mediocre. Dahi puri was a little better. Wrap was not that great either. Rotis were really soft and fresh. Samosa chat was salty and we had to send it back . They fixed it and it was good. They were accommodating with our preferences, but the spice levels were not as spicy as anticipated. Since they mentioned it was spicy dish. I took my whole Family as I hyped them up with tasty dishes from Jersey. Wasn’t upto my taste and satisfaction. Probably wouldn’t come too often as I thought. Also they said 10$ off 20 when you download the app, but anywhere they didn’t mention they it’s a promo for in app orders. That’s misleading. they told us when we went to pay after our meal. Looks like a typical desi strategy go to us to...

It was my first time here being in the close vicinity of this restaurant I decided to give it a try trusting the reviews. Starting with the pani puri, the puris were obviously premade packaged/ store bought puris so that was fine but the “pani” or the flavored water that goes with it was refrigerated cold and so was the potato stuffing! The flavored water and the stuffing were both lacking in flavor devoid of seasoning. Next, the “chatpata chicken sandwich” was too salty and the saltiness was hard on the palate to take since it was served with salty STORE BOUGHT ridged chips which aren’t even visually similar to those crisps advertised on their menu picture ! After two duds came a major blow, the egg bhurji! Goodness the smell was so bad that we only took a single bite of the scramble and left it as is! I don’t know if it was reheated, overdone or the eggs used are of inferior quality and it has to be one of these because I have had eggs in many other breakfast establishments and never felt like puking revolted by...
