In response: I have literal pieces of hair missing that were bladed off! I asked to keep my hair tight in a ponytail and she kept loosening it even after I told her I was fine it was staying tight.

No, they did not smell of oils, it smelled old, not fresh. A dewy not good wet smell.

For my mom’s face it was the first thing stated. As a place providing skincare advice please also keep in mind that many people can have health problems that cause more facial hair than others. It was the first thing pointed out and was rude.

Although my face feels good, I didn’t like the oil used. I will admit I am used to a med spa.

That being said - the mini derma l To learn that hair from my hair line was removed when I got home is appalling considering I've had derma-planing done for over 5 years. Angie came too close to my hairline at my forehead I feel multiple pieces that are just subtle. She also came too close to my eyebrows

For my mom, there's no need to point out the amount of fuzz on someone's face unless you're doing something about it. I brought my mom in to cheer her up not bring her down.

Overall quite disappointed. Also the towels used on the face smelled awful.
