in this store I brought 5 rings , they are super nice when you are buying and selling each ring to insurgence, saying it will cover your beautiful ring if some how stone is missing . bought every each of them in September i realize my wedding rig was not the same design that i purchased as a reason . i went and they confirmed that when the ring went to resized , fixer some time forget to put actual design pieces as spouse to be , means i brought the ring has gold band inside which was the my whole point of buying the ring , after when resized they did not put it back that means no quality check , you do not realize they stay silence or ignore or do not care 8 moths later I realized was not there this make me feel that are not professional to make sure your valuable accessory should be the same as it is my ring went and fixed back . I spouse tho have my get my rigs check in the same month and I visited several times also on of the employee offer the clean my ring ( was nice to offer the client spending money of course), some how some reason they never mentioned to me date of my ring check or be a kind to remind me ? nope I must get so busy and confused after all flooding problem that we all went trough .Now all of the sudden i realize i am missing my one of the stone i went to store of course , the face that i never seen was very rude and not friendly , ask me my card I said yes I bring it to you , but they did take my ring before without my cards i showed them when I received and they sign . ( melike is the one the best person you should be deal with ) i asked him you can take it i can bring the cards, but he said make sure you did check every 6 month other wise its not valid anymore,i was like shock an confused and worried and mad cause i could not recall such a big important detail is stressed about to keep the warranty , oops its must be slip our mine or you sign the damn paper . I asked him can you please check when was the last time i was here , they said they do not keep the record of visit for insurance it ONLY in your card can say . So if you loose your paper you waste your money to payed the warranty . after coming home searching piece of paper after all everything was wet in flooding finally i found and realize the month that i was getting my ring fixed it as the moth that my visit date . four ring payed warranty gone , keep sending me stupid birth day remainder to asking me to spend money not kind enough to remain you visit time , my vet does my hair dresser does , my doc does but they remain you to continue to buy right ! this people want you to forgot and force you to payed the couple thousand money the pay the damage who know how much will be the estimation then buy new one . i am very disappointed with such a unprofessional ethic that they fallow and giving you to piece of paper to make sure you do not loosed it cause according to them CAN NOT PROVABLE , your visit obviously they use the computer just looking internet web for product , I do not think so they refused to look . buy your ring that people care about you as customer and your valuables not. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDecember 27th I took my wedding ring in to have it sized, at the same time I bought a 1/2 carat pair of diamond stud earrings. The ring I dropped off was my engagement ring with two bands that had little purple stones along the bands. The sales person explained they would have to take the ring apart in order to size the bands. I bought the bands and had them sized and them welded together with my engagement ring 2 years ago at the Helzberg in Webster with no issue. The ring I dropped off at this location was completely ruined when I went to pick it up. All of the purple stones were gone and silver in their place, the ring had been welded back together. No one called me to tell me that they messed up my ring they went ahead welded it back together and gave it to me in the store. Didn't say anything until I asked what happened to my purple stones. At that point I was told that they got messed up when they welded it back together. I wasn't able to have them replace to have it fixed to the original state bc those bands had been discontinued. I was very upset but I didn't want to embarrass myself in the store with people around so the salesperson let me pick out two stackable rings that do not compare to the original by any means. They were going to send my ring back to have them take apart the bands that were welded back on that now have silver instead of purple and size the two stackable bands. I left the store and called the Helzberg Customer care number. That was on January 27th. The customer care person I have been in talks with told me he would contact the store manager once he got in contact with them he said he is waiting on a regional manager to call them back to see what else can be done. Helzberg is supposed to be a reputable jeweler and not have a resolution after this long is extremely frustrating. It has been almost 10 days and no one can seem to get in touch with a regional manager??? I have my ring pictured below that I dropped off to them... All the purple stones are now silver, and they just handed it back to me like that no one called me to tell me anything or give me a heads up or ask how can we make this right.... and taking over a week to get back to me?? I will never shop at this store again. My ring will never be the same and no one seems to care much less have any sense of urgency to help...

She never asked what the occasion was and let me try on any of the rings I liked. She just wanted to make sure she helped me in the best way. Then another lady nice lady decided to assist and put a beautiful ring on my finger and it stole my ā¤ļø My husband turns to me and says āYou want it, letās get it right now.ā Needless to say I was over the moon excited! Not only did these ladies help me find the perfect ring, their customer service skills were impeccable. Oh, and he got down on one knee to propose again to which they videoed that moment for usš PS..Please donāt be too upset if I couldnāt remember all of your names but I know itās Brittany, Gloria and I think Natalie.
