I've purchased over 20 pieces from this store, but tonight was different. Tonight I met Tishanna, she greeted me with the most beautiful smile and killer lashes. Oh man did I have so much fun shopping with her! It was like going out shopping with an old friend. I was touched how she carefully disinfected the earrings I was about to try on, that was a first. Yes, no one has ever disinfected the earrings before I tried them on at that store before. There was a set of earrings that was very difficult to put on, I struggled to the point my ears started to turn pink (she was the one that noticed it), she sweetly came around the counter and helped me with it. MY HEART! It was the best shopping experience I've had at that store. It was the first time I saw her, I hope she is not a seasonal employee, she is amazing. We both fell in love with the Alessandra ring, it really felt like the start of a new friendship. People like this are hard to come by. I'm very disgusted by this location and will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. My partner went to this location to buy some jewelry for me and felt like she was completely ignored despite there being at least 6 staff members present at around 6pm. She was so upset when she met up with me and told me about her experience No one greeted her when she walked in or asked if she needed help. She had to walk up to the one black girl that worked there to ask for HER for help and that associate asked another lady to show her the bracelet. The lady didn't call her over to view the bracelet or anything. She acted as if my partner did not even exist. I am a retail Manager myself and am disgusted by the lack of customer service at this location. The associates are supposed to greet every customer and ask them if they need help. fui el viernes 7/8/22 a dejar mi pulsera arreglar la señora que me atendió Marrion yo dejé mi pulsera con 4 charms , no es mi primera vez que voy aquí , pero yo estoy muy molesta y decepcionada al saber que cuando voy a recoger mi pulsera el martes 7/12/22 me la devuelven con 3 charms y me di cuenta que le faltaba una pieza yo me regreso al lugar hacer reclamo porque la pieza que me faltaba fue un gift y significa mucho para mi, la muchacha Alex que me atendió me pidió pruebas de recibió y fotos y aún asi no quisieron responder la pieza perdida “ you’re my sunshine “dice la muchacha muy segura me decía quizás la perdiste antes dejarlo, cuando yo la dejé realmente con mis 4 piezas , yo solo estoy tratando de hacer lo correcto y ser honesta con ellos no es justo que por dejarla arreglando me la devuelvan incompleta y aún así enseñandoles pruebas , yo realmente no ando tratando tener una pieza gratis solo quiero me regrese mi pulsera de la manera como yo se las entregue , yo estuve mostrándole fotos de como tenía mi pulsera ,recibos de pruebas y hasta recibos de el gift que eran 4 y la señora Alex me dijo su gente llevan mucho años pero eso no es excusa o una manera que quiera decir que ellos no se puedan equivocar señora Alex no no me quiere responder por un error que ellos hicieron, yo realmente soy honesta con mis cosas….. la muchacha Alex en vez de remplazar me la pieza que hace falta , tratar de venderme la misma pieza you’re my sunshine por mitad de precio cuando yo no estoy pidiendo eso y no pienso pagar por una pieza que ellos perdieron , no es lo mismo tener la pieza que te regalan o comprarla de nuevo no me parece correcto cuando yo dejo mi pulsera con los 4 charms y aún así enseñar Recibo de prueba y fotos para que me regresen mi pieza , la muchacha Alex no quiso devolverme nada , le pido el número de corporate y responde ella que ellos no van hacer nada por mi que me van a devolver para este lugar , no me parece justo que uno vaya de la mejor manera hacer lo correcto y te entreguen las cosas incompletas y aparte enseñando pruebas no te quieran responder , señora Alex dijo que iba poner las cámaras y desde ese día sigo esperando que me llamen y me respondan por mi pieza perdida , no soy una persona de hacer malos review pero me todo mi tiempo para que se cualquier persona que vaya este lugar se fije como los atienden y tomen fotos de sus cosas ya que les puede pasar algo como lo mío y después tratan de venderte piezas cuando ellos tuvieron el error. Es lo peor que puede pasarle a uno. Pido que me responda por la pieza que perdieron , no les recomiendo ir...
