Sbarro First Colony — Restaurant in Sugar Land

The worst place to visit ever, i visited this outlet today inside first colony mall food court, bought a water bottle and a fountain drink paid for it and my friends wanted some breadsticks so went again to get one and added one more drink, mean while I was just trying to exchange the water bottle I bought as the one that I had was not cold enough, and I didn’t even exchange it, just kept the one I bought and when I went to pay for the breadsticks and the lemonade Which was my second order the lady charged me for 2 bottles more on my bill when I asked her what’s it about she said u guys bought 2 more and I explained her that I was trying to exchange the bottle with a chilled one that’s all and I didn’t even do it but the lady was so arrogant and accused me of stealing a $2 water bottle.... wow I mean common that was the worst thing I have ever heard I showed her the bill and told her to check the security cameras if she has a doubt but she was in no mood to accept her fault and apologize for what she said, I couldn’t get her name but there were 3 employees there was a guy an old lady and her, when I told her Iam gonna complaint about you she says go ahead and she doesn’t care, she was so sarcastic in every word she said, I know m right and I’ve not come to a mall to steal a water bottle for sure as a proof I want the owners to check the cameras if there were any and see what had happened before accusing a customer of stealing somethin, that’s the worst thing you can ever do, I feel very bad and Iam gonna let every one I know about this horrible experience I had today in this outlet and Iam never returning back for sure, I’ve been a Sbarro customer from a very long time but this was never expected from them hope they put some sense in the lady who treated me in such a bad way and take some actions against her so that other customers don’t have to go through somethin like this, I wanna give a 0 or a minus rating but unfortunately it doesn’t allow...

most okay-est food ive had lol i've never been a huge fan of the pizza, but I used to love the sauce and meatballs for the spaghetti, and when I was there earlier in the summer, I got a Stromboli and it tasted terrible so I wrote into customer service and after literally probably six weeks of back-and-forth and not getting anyone to answer my emails, they tried to send me coupons that wouldn't work so either a owner or CEO or whoever she was was nice enough to get back to me and Ended up emailing me written out coupons instead of a traditional coupon so it said to call her if there was a problem and I could have whatever item so it took the manager at the location a minute to call this woman and confirm that my coupons were valid because they originally tried to send me normal coupons but even the person that emailed me back said she had trouble using them occasionally so I don't understand why the entire website tries to give you rewards and coupons that are not Useable. but they validated my coupons today and I got a free spaghetti with meatballs and a cheese pizza, they were nice and made it how I asked, crispy extra sauce and cheese but overall it just doesn't taste good. It's like New York style Chuck E. Cheese pizza lol just doesn't have a great flavor to the sauce or crust or cheese and the meatballs used to be incredible but they had pretty much no flavor and same thing with the spaghetti itself and the sauce just very bland basic food probably wouldn't go back and I only got it today because it was free but it's a shame because I loved...

Had a horrible experience here! Such racist staff! They kept asking us to buy a whole pizza when we asked for just a slice. They kept repeating that until we were super annoyed. They knew we were hijabis still didn’t tell us that the pizza contained Ham. We’ve been to many places and they respect their hijabi and Muslim customers and tell them when a thing had Ham in it or not. When we came back all the way and told them about it they didn’t give us a refund and were only giving us a pack of Lays as a compensation. We asked for a little drink with it. They should give us 2 drinks and 2 packs of chips as they charged us 5.40 in total. No courtesy at all. They’ve been rolling eyes all the time!! Never ever coming back to this place.
