If you're a fan of fresh, scratch-made, and melt-in-your-mouth cookies, this place is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked cookies fills the air, making it impossible not to smile. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the irresistible smell of freshly baked cookies that are made from scratch throughout the day. Every cookie is soft, chewy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. What’s even better is that they bake in small batches all day long, so you’re guaranteed to get a warm, fresh cookie every time you visit. Even if it’s during the evening times. Whether you're a fan of classic chocolate chip, or something a little more adventurous, there’s a flavor to satisfy every craving. They change all their flavors every week so people can experience something new every week. Except for the chocolate chip, where they rotate that between milk-chocolate chip and semi-sweet chocolate chunk. The dedication to high quality ingredients and the love put into each cookie is evident, making each visit a sweet experience. Highly recommend stopping by. There’s nothing quite like a freshly baked cookies made from scratch.

I’ve been seeing their cookies all over social media. I have been a loyal supporter of tiffs treats so I felt like I was cheating on them. But after leaving the mall I just had to stop in. When you first enter it’s a bit confusing. It’s a big kitchen, they must be cranking out a ton of cookies for catering as there was like 6 people in the back. No one really greets you or explains what to do. We made our way to the self service kiosks and were able to figure out their pricing and cookie offerings. It seems like they rotate 6 different cookies each week. They have pricing for individual, box of 4, box of 6 and box of 12. Since there were 6 flavors we went that route and got one of each. When we got home I cut myself a little piece of each one. Unfortunately, my first impression was they were all too sweet and flavors were hard to distinguish. I had to go look up their menu to figure out what cookie was which. My favorite ended up being the vanilla. The cookies are thick and baked to keep them soft. However they do get pretty hard the next day. I’d probably stick to tiff treats but I’ll be back in to try some of their other flavors.

Stepped into a simple decorated store, and was warmly greeted by the staff. Here, you order via the self-service screens, and wait for the staff to package your cookies into the box. There is no table and chair for customers to sit down and enjoy the cookie. Only option is to-go. This week is about salted caramel cheesecake, Boston cream pie, chocolate cookies and cream, confetti cake, chocolate Swiss roll, and milk chocolate chip cookies. I love all the cookies. They are thick, big, crumbly, and soft. The toppings are generous but I find them to be a little too sweet. My favorite for this week’s flavor is the salted caramel cheesecake. So yummy! There are new flavors every week, which is the alluring part of Crumbl Cookies. Definitely would check them out every week.

There are few things in life that bring as much joy as a warm, freshly baked cookie—and for me, nothing compares to the delight of biting into a Crumbl Cookie. From the moment I first tried one, I knew I was in trouble. Each cookie is a masterpiece: thick, soft, gooey in the middle, and packed with flavor. It’s more than just a dessert—it’s an experience.

One of the reasons I love Crumbl so much is their creativity. Every week, they rotate their menu, introducing new and exciting flavors alongside classic favorites. It keeps things fresh and makes each visit feel like a mini-adventure. Will I get the classic Milk Chocolate Chip, or will I try something wild like Raspberry Cheesecake or Churro? The possibilities are endless, and I look forward to seeing the new lineup every Sunday night.

Then there’s the size. Crumbl Cookies are massive. One cookie can easily be shared—but do I always share? Not really. There’s something about the decadence of having a cookie the size of my hand that makes the indulgence even more satisfying. They’re rich, thick, and melt in your mouth in the best way possible.

Crumbl also nails the presentation. The pink box has become iconic, and opening it to reveal four, six, or even a dozen perfectly shaped cookies feels like unwrapping a present. It’s the kind of treat you can’t wait to show off (and secretly want to keep all to yourself).

But what I love most is how Crumbl turns an ordinary moment into something special. Whether I’m celebrating, treating myself after a long day, or just craving something sweet, Crumbl always hits the spot. It’s comfort food at its finest—and yes, maybe a little addictive too.

In short, my love for Crumbl Cookies goes beyond just taste. It’s about the experience, the anticipation, the variety, and the sheer happiness packed into every bite. Crumbl isn’t just my favorite cookie—it’s a little piece of joy I get to savor, one...

This is my second time trying Crumbl, based on the low customer service reviews of Sugar Land my first visit was to Aliana and it was a great experience. Well I decided to go to Sugar Land for my second visit because I did not want to drive to Aliana. I ordered two cookies via DoorDash and arrived and stood in the pick up line while employees scrambled around avoiding looking my way as I stood and was never acknowledged for 15 mins straight. The staff took orders in person, then filled those orders first. Then people walked in after me and did kiosk orders. Finally once the customer line got long and became backed up at the 20 minute mark of standing being ignored, they made the announcement to everyone the cookies need to cool. They apologized and gave everyone a card for a free cookie. Once the cookies cooled they started filling the orders of people who came in after me and ordered at the kiosk. I finally had to speak up for myself and another lady who walked in with me who had an internet order. Also I discovered later the cookies were undercooked and was a glob in the middle. Customer service was poor on 7/10/23. The free cookie card is not worth me returning, I...
