There are few things in life that bring as much joy as a warm, freshly baked cookie—and for me, nothing compares to the delight of biting into a Crumbl Cookie. From the moment I first tried one, I knew I was in trouble. Each cookie is a masterpiece: thick, soft, gooey in the middle, and packed with flavor. It’s more than just a dessert—it’s an experience.
One of the reasons I love Crumbl so much is their creativity. Every week, they rotate their menu, introducing new and exciting flavors alongside classic favorites. It keeps things fresh and makes each visit feel like a mini-adventure. Will I get the classic Milk Chocolate Chip, or will I try something wild like Raspberry Cheesecake or Churro? The possibilities are endless, and I look forward to seeing the new lineup every Sunday night.
Then there’s the size. Crumbl Cookies are massive. One cookie can easily be shared—but do I always share? Not really. There’s something about the decadence of having a cookie the size of my hand that makes the indulgence even more satisfying. They’re rich, thick, and melt in your mouth in the best way possible.
Crumbl also nails the presentation. The pink box has become iconic, and opening it to reveal four, six, or even a dozen perfectly shaped cookies feels like unwrapping a present. It’s the kind of treat you can’t wait to show off (and secretly want to keep all to yourself).
But what I love most is how Crumbl turns an ordinary moment into something special. Whether I’m celebrating, treating myself after a long day, or just craving something sweet, Crumbl always hits the spot. It’s comfort food at its finest—and yes, maybe a little addictive too.
In short, my love for Crumbl Cookies goes beyond just taste. It’s about the experience, the anticipation, the variety, and the sheer happiness packed into every bite. Crumbl isn’t just my favorite cookie—it’s a little piece of joy I get to savor, one...

Read moreThis is my second time trying Crumbl, based on the low customer service reviews of Sugar Land my first visit was to Aliana and it was a great experience. Well I decided to go to Sugar Land for my second visit because I did not want to drive to Aliana. I ordered two cookies via DoorDash and arrived and stood in the pick up line while employees scrambled around avoiding looking my way as I stood and was never acknowledged for 15 mins straight. The staff took orders in person, then filled those orders first. Then people walked in after me and did kiosk orders. Finally once the customer line got long and became backed up at the 20 minute mark of standing being ignored, they made the announcement to everyone the cookies need to cool. They apologized and gave everyone a card for a free cookie. Once the cookies cooled they started filling the orders of people who came in after me and ordered at the kiosk. I finally had to speak up for myself and another lady who walked in with me who had an internet order. Also I discovered later the cookies were undercooked and was a glob in the middle. Customer service was poor on 7/10/23. The free cookie card is not worth me returning, I...
