This is a really long one, and I’m not the kind of person to write negative reviews like this, but I think the experience we had warrants this. Our server, Miranda, was the only good part about this experience.
For reference, we got on the waitlist on a Saturday morning when the estimated wait was anywhere from 11-23 minutes. By the time we had waited for 30 minutes, we were still 6th place in line. Cool- not an issue there, I expected the estimate to be off and I genuinely didn’t mind waiting longer. We came inside, checked in with one of the hosts, and they said we still had some people ahead of us, which we expected, so we went back to waiting outside.
We then waited a total of an hour or so before we got to first in line. We didn’t get a text, didn’t get a notification on Yelp, nothing. I had to check the app to see our position, but we weren’t told to come inside. After 15 minutes, I watched a table of 8 get seated inside, so at that point we decided to wait inside. We came in, the same host we checked in with before smiled at us, then we sat down at the front.
2 more tables get seated before us in the span of 10 minutes, so we went up and asked if our table was ready. They then told us that we had to check in when we were first in line, despite the fact that they hadn’t mentioned that anywhere. And again, the host smiled at us when we came in so that should’ve been good, right? They didn’t speak to us at all, didn’t ask us if we were checking in or waiting, so we should have been good to go, right? Evidently not.
So finally, we’re officially checked in and it’s another 15 minute wait. There’s a booth that we noticed had been left open for 20 minutes at this point, and of course that was the one we were seated at after the wait. Why couldn’t we have been sat earlier? Even better, we got a text telling us to go to the front right before we got seated, which means they have the capability of texting us to tell us to check in as well, they just didn’t. Neat.
Finally, we sit down, and the service is great from there. Our server, Miranda, was super quick and nice, and less than 5 minutes after we order, we get our food. …Except the chicken in our Southern Belles tasted microwaved. It was tough, kinda dry, and kinda flavorless. We asked for one of them to be taken back, and it came out far better. It was tender, juicy, delicious- how it should’ve been in the first place. So in addition to waiting an hour and a half for seating with terrible hosts, we also get two microwaved meals given to us? Cool. Thankfully, Miranda remedied the issue for us.
Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing for someone who’s been coming to Jupiter for years, and arguably the worst dining experience I’ve had in my life. I probably won’t be coming back, especially if this horrible hosting situation is a new...

Tucked into the Sugar Land Town Square courtyard, parking can be the hardest part of your space journey. Meters are on the street, with 3 adjacent parking structures.
The decor is creative woodwork, iron and concrete, and has both outdoor and indoor seating with a reservable, private room. I particularly liked the planetary wall decal.
Service wise, it has ranged from excellent to mediocre. Most have been better than not, but lunch has A L W A Y S been better (surprisingly).
As for the food, we usually order breakfast for dinner, but unusually designed pizzas for lunch is a new favorite*. Having chicken on top of a waffle is unnatural, but the combo is truly out of this world.
The Morning Belle, a fluffy Belgium waffle covered in gravy with 2 deliciously breaded chicken breasts. On top of that were 2 cooked-to-order eggs and 2 of the most flavorful strips of bacon I have ever had (now would be a good time to recommend the fried bacon appetizer).
For my lady, the usual is the Southern Belle. Which is one of their sweet plates opposed to my savory one. Both were a totally new and surprisingly S U P U R B surprise, and the dessert waffles are exactly what you're craving.
*their lunch special (pictured) serves up a massive amount of food for the 11 buck pricetag. Three courses: appetizer, salad and entrée.
Some other small, pleasant surprises are mason beverage jars and antique check books, rather than those awful black leather folders. Everything has a twist; something to keep you coming back.
I highly recommend Jupiter for breakfast, lunch, dinner and every meal in between. It has a laid back atmosphere, but can get very loud at dinner, as there is a bar brewing local and import.
Garunteed, you'll depart M U C H happier (and much fluffier...) than when you arrived.
Truly out of this world, welcome...
Read moreMy wife and I decided to visit this establishment for Saturday morning brunch. We arrived early and there were not many people there, but it quickly filled up. This is a nice establishment with a great view of the City Hall square. The server was very attentive throughout our whole dining experience and was pleasant and upbeat. We first ordered an appetizer called Speed Dating. The bacon-wrapped, cheese-filled dates were very tasty. The slight tanginess of the goat cheese mixed well with the sweetness of the dates and the savoriness of the bacon. It is an appetizer I would recommend. Then my wife ordered the Gold Member and I ordered the Fat Bastard. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever had. They were lightly crisped on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor of the fries was mildly explosive on the palette and seasoned perfectly and completely complimented the flavors of the rest of the dish. The sausage was delectable with a miniscule amount of heat on the tongue as part of the aftertaste. The bacon was a little tough and was cooked somewhere between crispy and limp. The flavor was good with a slight smokiness to it. The eggs were disappointing as they were completely bland with zero seasoning on them and there was unfortunately no salt or pepper on the table to add to the eggs, which would have been all that was needed to bring them to life. The Muenster cheese did add a little flavor to some of the eggs that I could get it mixed with, but there was only enough cheese for maybe half of the eggs. The Waffles were very fluffy and with maple syrup tasted very good. The fresh fruit was divine, the blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries were a perfect compliment to the sweetness of the maple syrup waffles. Overall a very nice dining experience and one we...
