This store has a very nice furniture selection. I was able to find a very nice couch, dining set, and coffee table for amazing prices. Big Don was very helpful when I told him I needed to find items to furnish a senior apartment for my mom. The employees were all super nice and helpful. They loaded up the van I rented and even threw in a curtain for free to prevent scratches. I saw the employees acting kind and welcoming to everyone who came in. I would highly recommend going there for your furniture needs. I didn't have time to clothes shop, but it looked like a good selection. There were not quite as many housewares.

I bought an xbox kinect from here.. the price tag said $3.99. So I picked it up but after the lady ringed it up she said the real price is 6.99... almost double the price.... She said the price is wrong... so I had to pay extra. I do not think it's right to change prices just because you "feel" that the item is worth more and therefore it should be changed.

Large store. About 40% clothing Organized by type and color. So if you are looking for pink tops they have dozens of them right next to each other. About 30% furniture. Have a fair amount of wooden dressers. About a dozen couches to pick from. Fairly private changing rooms.

I really like coming to this store, and I have found many great products, that I have purchased at this location. I had one bad experience with one of the black gentleman at this location who rubbed me the wrong way when I asked a simple question and he responded with an ugly remark. There was this white man that worked in clothing, who was very rude to me today when I asked for assistance with something today. He was very unpleasant as well. But my 5 star reviews are based on the ones listed below, who gives there best, to satisfy the customer. There is this black lady and this other man who works at checkout have always been pleasant and provided me with excellent service. But there is a black gentleman by the name of Mr.Jimmy and a woman by the name as Ms.Julia I would like to highlight. Mr. Jimmy who works out on the floor, and Ms.Julia who works on the floor and checkout. These two staff members are truly awesome!!! Mr.Jimmy and Ms.Julia for the time I have known the two of them to be at this store, they have always welcomed me with a warm greeting, and goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience is a wonderful experience. I am a happy and satisfied customer, when I come in contact with these individuals as well as the other two that I don’t know their names. Excellent and great customer service with names I listed above!!! I know who the manager is but don’t know his name. But I would like you to recognize this individuals. 5...

This location never offers any sports or collectivebles at all. I asked about the items and was told that the manager or lead point person has many times pulled donated items from going to the floor and has taken them home for their own personal keeping. From sport memoribilia, cards, autographed items, etc. I recommend an audit to be conducted on the books of the number of related items mentioned being sold at this location in comparison to other stores. More than one staff member has made this mentioning, some one on the inside is stealing donations and taking them out in the back before they make it to the floor. Have visited for many months and yet no items are ever on the floor or sold. Again this source has come from staff members that have witnessed it first hand. Next stop of complain is the Corporate Office, you can't stealing whats is given...

Most of the employees here are great, but they should find someone else to train their employees. As I was shopping I noticed an older Hispanic woman was training a new employee. The woman was being so disrespectful toward the new employee, and she was berating the poor woman for apparently not doing her job well. It was gross to watch, and other shoppers were also staring at her. The woman also happened to be our cashier. And she was very standoffish and rude. How can she train new employees when she herself needs to be trained on customer service skills? Without a doubt the Hispanic lady is the rudest person in the store. Reprimanding an employee in front of customers is just gross, and wrong. And yet this woman did not seem the least bit embarrassed by how she was speaking to the new employee in front of...
