We visited this restaurant with a group of 8+ motorcycle riders each time. Started going here about 6 months ago, the food was good and the service was decent in the beginning but on our last 3 visits the service quality has deteriorated and food has become mediocre or worse. Typical desi restaurant who do well when they start but fail to maintain quality n service. Last 3 visits, each time I tell myself maybe it will be better this time but they failed us again. They lack trained staff who are able to maintain large crowds, they got our orders wrong, long delays, missed dishes we ordered etc. in our last visit we went for breakfast buffet, called the place an hour or earlier to reserve so they are not overwhelmed with 11 guys walking in, once we got there there buffet dishes were almost empty, the pulao was left over with mostly grease from the bottom with bones, chicken qorma literally had 5 pieces of chicken when we were 11 guys and still more folks were eating at the restaurant. They failed to refill the dishes adequately. We paid $17.25 for this pathetic food and service, on top they added "service charges" this should not be the case when you failed to provide proper service n food. Never going back there again neither is our group will be visiting again. We gave them enough retries...and we have many...
Read moreI never give bad reviews but this was crazy. The DoorDash app showed they have Halwa Poori so I ordered and then was busy with work. They conveniently replaced it with something else. I had a guest over who was craving halwa poori and I ordered it especially for them to surprise them. I had a child in my house who was allergic to both dairy and chickpeas and they sent that I mean you can’t just send another item to people without knowing their dietary restrictions? Yes, halwa poori comes with chana which would have been given away to someone. When I called them the guy spoke to me rudely and said “everyone knows halwa poori is on the weekends” - if that’s true why does your menu NOT specify that? Bundu Khan the Pakistani restaurant was nice the staff working there were so kind and polite and had halwa poori so we ordered from them. Not every person orders desi food all the time to know these things. I’ve never ordered from you before so to assume everyone should know is wild! Have some manners or update the menu on DoorDash specifying it’s a weekend item or that it’s not available. If I knew that do you think I would go through the trouble of ordering it? Ridiculous.

I found out this restaurant is under the management and I must admit this new management is doing a great job because this place is much more cleaner than before employees are much more very attentive then before and they're doing an amazing job. It is my honest opinion. And I would like to say that whoever is reading this feedback please come and join with me and give this new management a chance to improve more and give you a better service. Thank you for your service Update: 06.05.2025 This comment is a constructive criticism to improve management. I have noticed multiple time party of five or more this place charge 18% gratuity. But that tip doesn't go to the servers. Restaurant owner get to keep all the tip on the card. And I personally think it is completely unfair. If a server serve me my tip should go to the server. So if the management get to read my comment please make the adjustment to make sure that server gets the tip. And should remove the 18% from your system Or else I would recommend all the customers to avoid tipping...
