Due to COVID 19, running the business should be different to minimize the exposure; specially for clinics that runs by experts: doctors! I expected to see more. I did not see any changes in their routine of visiting patients. Lobby was full of patients waiting to be called. At least 12 patients . No screening for temperatures when you arrive at the door. Mine was taken after sitting for 1/5 Hour.I had to leave and stay in my car after 30 minutes staying in the waiting area. I didn’t feel safe staying there. No other question about COVID 19 Were asked to see if I’m sick or I was in contact with a sick person ! No forms I be filled out ! Not even a simple question by front desk or medical assistant. However I made my appointment a week ago, I had to wait for 1.5 hour to see the doctor for my annual checkups! It was the Same in the past, long wait. It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or you walk in. Scheduling is horrible. When I made a complaint with the doctor, he stated : I shouldn’t make an appointment if I have other things to do right after my appointment ! and Fridays are busy and I should see their point of view for patients’ caring. I was one of the patients! I didn’t ask for any specific day when I made my appointment. Front desk knows office’s schedule not patient. If they are busy they should not squeeze a patient into the schedule. I was asked to fast for blood work and I had to wait till 11 am . My appointment was at 9:30. I don’t recommend this office however I like the pediatric doctor there. I was going to this office for A long time. So if your health and time is important for you, think again before making an...
Read moreI have been a patient here since 2002. I recently left because, during a physical, I was trying to bring up some health problems I have been experiencing in the last year (which is why I requested the physical) and Dr Oriahi looked me dead in the eye and said, “Perhaps you have mental problems.”
I also had to beg him to test my vitamin D level at this visit, because I had reason to suspect it was low. He was irritable and said twice, “your insurance won’t pay for it” instead of listening to why I wanted it checked. It did turn out to be low, and when the office staff called with the results of my physical, they said “everything is fine, but your vitamin D is low, so take a supplement,” and when I asked how much, they said, “whatever they have at the store.” No numbers given, no information provided.
So go if you have a sinus infection or something, but don’t expect much beyond antibiotics, etc from...
Read more“I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The receptionist displayed a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic people skills. Their approach to customer service was dismissive and left a negative impression from the start. It’s concerning to see such disregard for essential customer-facing qualities in a role so crucial to a business’s first impression. This experience casts doubt on the overall management and standards of the business. I sincerely hope the owner reads this review and takes immediate action to bring in a receptionist who is better suited for the role and capable of representing the business...
