I rented a party package for an employee holiday party and the list of the songs do not match what is on the USB provided. We could not use the karaoke machine as it was meant to be used at all. I have been buying and recommending everyone to Vin for many years and recently, I purchased a large order of 6 QSC speakers. When I called to upgrade only 2 speakers to a bigger size he was rude and complained about having to sell open box items even thou I was ok paying the restocking fee. He told me to go sell the speakers on my own and come back then hung up on me. I will not buy from him anymore and not recommend him to anyone. This business has lost its good customer service. I have purchased multiple times through Mega Dj’s website in the past and never has a bad experience. That being said, I was in Houston this week for work and worked out a plan to make it over to visit the physical store. The owner was extremely knowledgeable about the scratch scene , both locally and across other areas of the states. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for equipment or scratch material.
