I purchased the vehicle on 01/26/2018 and we left the car lot around 2-3pm with the vehicle, we then went straight home and parked it. The following morning 01/27/2018 we used to go eat lunch and it broke in the middle of the road on our way to the restaurant. The car lot was informed right away by phone calls and text messages and I requested to have a tow truck sent but they denied to send one on their expense, after several attempts to seek help from the lot I managed to tow the vehicle. I spoke to the manager Eddie Vazquez, the seller Edgar Ricardo Urdaneta and the owner Edwin Duran to try so find a solution, I had a verbal agreement on a 30 day warranty by the manager but he did not honor it. I then requested my down payment of $2,500.00 in the form of cash be returned and to cancel the agreement and they denied to do so as well. I had the vehicle diagnosed and eventually fixed, I paid $1,580.00 plus the towings. Hours after it was fixed, they repossessed the vehicle from my house without giving me any reason of doing so what so ever. The towing company did not even let me get my infant carseat, stroller and personal belongings I had in the vehicle, he said I had to go claim them at the dealer. I called the dealer and they let me speak with Susana Gonzalez, who did not explain the situation, all she said was that I had to immediately pay the total balance if I wanted the vehicle back. I then called the finance company asking them about the status and they told me they had no record of the loan because they never received the paperwork that the dealer was suppose to send them. I called the car lot again to ask under what grounds they took the vehicle and they are not answering my calls, they just say I will hear from their attorney. I then texted them and they have not replied.They have not attempted to help me either get the truck back or my down payment back. Then today 2/12/18 I receive a certified letter saying I breached the contract by yet are not explaining in which way, they are saying I have 10 days to pay in full, and they are also saying I can pick up my personal belongings after paying them a daily fee of 89.99...

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they sell lemons 🍋 went in there to make my life easier supposedly I didnt want to fix my old truck so I went looking for New truck so I bought a 2017 gmc sierra from them first red flag off the rip was them telling me the truck didn’t pass inspection AFTER I SIGNED ALL THE PAPER WORK second red flag before the guy gave me the keys I asked if they changed the oil he said yea then shortly after he went out with a scanner to the truck before turning it in to me witch makes me feel like he just cleared all the codes and reset the oil life on it to make it seem like he changed the night I took it home it was driving okay but on day 2 it’s already had electrical issues truck decided to shut off on the highway on me so I had to get it towed which is more money lost. 3rd day the radiator blew had to tow it again more money lost I’ve lost a lot of money buying this truck, and they don’t care. On day 3 that it broke down on me I was on the way to a service call ( I do HVAC ) on the day the radiator blew, that made me lose $700 because I couldn’t show up let alone made me look horrible in font of my customer On top of that, they had the audacity to say I decided to go to my own mechanic. 🤦‍♂️ Bro, I didn’t. I did it because y’all sold me a truck that doesn’t work. Only way they would fix it is If I towed to them and payed for the tow out of pocket which seemed absolutely outrageous to me at that they only want to pay for the repairs if I use there mechanic but they’ve done me wrong all this time why should I trust there mechanics. I had to argue with the sell rep before I could even get them to pay for the tow but by the time they did offer to pay for the tow I had already sent to a shop because I’m on my time not theirs I have company to keep moving if not that’s food missing on my table but they could care less how many day of work I miss how much money I lose It’s a shady place. Sellers person name Junior and the guy in charge name Eddie. My recommendation is don't go and buy from this place. After spending all day yesterday making a deal for truck and test driving it I let the sales person know the brake booster was bad. He say they will take care of it. I came back next day because they say they were going to fix it for me to buy the truck. When I got to the dealer the truck was parked in the same place when I first came in. Eddie was with customers in the office so the sales person Junior tells me if I wanted to go and eat something to go ahead and do it that he would let me know when he's ready so I say thank you that's kind. Not even 5 minutes after I get in my car and leave the salesperson Junior call me and start talking about the brake booster is going to cuss them more than $2,000 to fix. So I told him you guys are going to fix it before I buy it right?. And here's the tricky part they talking about adding a little bit over than $2,000 to the price of the truck for me to buy it. So I told Junior that is something that the dealer have to deal with before they even sell the truck because how you going to sale a car or a truck having brake problems and the salesperson Junior replies to me with if I want the truck the price have to go up and I told him that we already got a deal I don't have to be involve on this that the dealer always have to check the cars. After I make a deal why I should pay more money for something that the dealer should take care of before offering a car to people. I told the salesperson name Jr that is bad business and really bad customer service cuz I spent two days dealing with this people and after the deal is done they want to change the prices.

So my recommendation to you guys is don't waste your time with this dealer or these people cuz I just wasted 2 days for nothing when I could have been looking for another truck in...
