The store has bountiful choices and the employees were helpful.

My only gripe is that I was asked for my email during checkout, and I specifically asked the cashier — before providing my email — if I’d be receiving emails, which I did not want. I was told “it’s strictly for receipt purposes only” but, today I have an email from Rally House. I unsubscribed but I did not wish to be subscribed in the first place. I was on my last two gifts and frustrated when I found your Sugarland store on Christmas Eve. I ran into Carl Pellegrin at the back of the store and he saved the day. He was attentive to my situation and led me right to the right gifts for the last people I had to buy gifts for. He even inquired a bit a led me to a future sale. I am a graduate of Texas Southern University and he led me to TSU merchandise that a will return for. His friendly professional demeanor is an asset to the company.
