Very disappointed, I did not get what I thought I was paying for. The Bookkeeping and Quickbooks class was a waste of time and money. The instructor was late 30 minutes a few classes and close class an hour early which leaves us with an hour of instruction. There was no homework, no textbook, workbook ,or computer software to study from or use as reference. The only thing we got was an laminated cheat sheet for quickbooks which we were told was our workbook. Ya'll said the class was hands on and it was not. For the whole 8 weeks, we used the computer less than 5 times to actually put stuff the instructor was teaching in class. Majority of time we just sat there listening to the instructor. To add insult to injury, how do we know we are certified if can't see our names on some kind of list or something. I feel like I should be refunded some of my money back so I can get proper training with quickbooks through Quickbook themself because if I apply for a job now I ...

I did comprehensive certification for cell phone repair from here and they were very professional and I really enjoyed learning from Carl Walker (the trainer) I have learned a lot from him and I was able to actually repair quite a bit of cell phones within family and friends, I am currently employed thats why I have not tried yet to find a job in the filed but I am trying to take practical experience currently with family and friends devices with accurately replacing the parts. Not satisfied at all, I sign up to for BA class for 8weeks 4hour Sunday every week training Trainer Freddi was very good but there was no single person as a counselor I can say they guide me to any right direction.Their were 2 different counselors were change while I was doing training and they were no guidance to me while I was training.

Their is no help from no one while doing the training by any counselor or after done with the school and not seeing anything is going to happen for my future while attending this school. Total...
