Subway — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I came over here to visit my mother in law who lives near and wanted to pick us up a sandwich. First I walked up to the door and saw a sign hand written Sorry we are out of Turkey, pepper jack cheese and pickles. REALLY? I decided to still go in WHY ? I have NO good reason. I wanted to order my mother in law a turkey OBVIOUSLY that's Not going to happen. I decided a ham American cheese and what vegetables they had. Honestly the lettuce looked bad NOT FRESH , tomatoes looked shriveled up like they have been previously Frozen and the counter was a mess. I go to make my sandwich I wanted a foot long veggie (1st meal all day) ask for American cheese and was told oh sorry we just ran out! GUESS my mother in laws 6 inch took ALL the American cheese NICE!! I said don't worry with mine your out of way to much. He said I can do shredded cheese No THANK YOU. I PAID for the one sandwich and left. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS.!! SubWay commercials say FRESH yeah OK NOT THIS LOCATION !!! THEN they don't even have all the cheese or vegetables REALLY VERY VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!!!! WON'T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! IF I could I would give NO STARS! THAT'S WHAT...

Just horrible customer service I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long with everything lightly spreader across my sandwich and lightly toasted man I got mushy tomatoes and missing damn near all the ingredients I really wanted all I got was onions a bunch of lettuce and mushy tomatoes now they never have to worry about me again and I eat subway everyday first tim ever ordering from them and last. After calling back up there the lady say tomatoes came off their delivery truck like that and everybody has to deal with that now that was very professional of her in her own world. She was very rude and seemed to not want to hear what I had to say so yes I’m pretty mad but never will I ever go there...

It’s subway so it’s always pretty good, but the management during this pandemic was far below average. They do allow dine in, but the seating situation is terrible. There wasn’t enough chairs to sit around comfortable so one of my coworkers sat on top of the trash bin because no one was back there but us. Instead of just politely asking him to not do that and to get off, the employee basically demanded he get off in a very aggressive tone and then proceeded to ask for our company name to complain about us to our company. I felt pretty disrespected...
