UPDATE: We had a pizza party with a few friends and we had no choice but to order from here. My God, did they change their game. We ordered stuff crust and pan both came out amazing! Completely new management and the pizza tasted delicious. I was very pleased and surprised that finally someone from headquarters got on them to change their ways and turn this place around. I will be coming back for more.
9 Months Ago: Before ordering, I noticed the lower score rating and took a peak at some of the reviews. I figured they were probably grumpy ppl that were expecting a steak dinner for 11 bucks at pizza hut - boy was I wrong!
Before reading anything further, I would like the readers to know, I am not a picky guy nor do I care about taste that much.
With that being said, I would like you to know every bad review listed here on Google reviews is liget and came true when I ordered and ate my pizza from here. (Large Stuff crust with beef)
This Pizza Hut has to be the worst selling pizza in the world (in Sugar Land TX) and has been the worst pizza I've ever had.
If you are planning on ordering pizza from here, I'd suggest you stay away and either order your pizza from the Williams Trace location or the Missouri City location (the Missouri City one is the best in town).
Why such the harsh review? They gave me an already cooked, stale pizza and sprinkled beef toppings on top. The pizza was so old and stale I could hardly eat one slice. And you'd think a fast food chain would have FRESH pizza running in and out right?
No, here is what they do. They cook several pizzas (cheese pizzas) a head of time to cut there cooking time in half and then whichever orders come in, they sprinkle the desired toppings chosen and RE-COOK the pizza. This process creates a very stale unfresh pizza. (I am aware other locations follow this method by the slice but I order a LARGE. It should be fresh!).
I can't even believe the employees working here feel comfortable selling that kind of crap. The headquarters at Pizza Hut really needs to take a sincere look at this location and their...
Read moreIf I could give zero star that's what I would give. Placed my order on Christmas Eve, took over an hour to be delivered after it had left the store. To make matters worse my order was incorrect, I ordered a large pizza and 16 count boneless wings and got 6 count bone-in wings and a pizza that was cold and mushy. When I call to explain that after waiting over an hour to get my order it still came incorrect the manager was so rude and let me know that they were getting ready to close so she don't know what I want them to do, then she said I can give you a $20 discount towards your next order. So today 12/30/21 I tried placing an order at my original location and the discount would not apply when I called I spoke to another manager who was just as rude who told me it was my prerogative if I didn't want to order at that location because that's the only store that I can use the discount. First of all I will never order at this location ever again the whole order went in the trash, a waste of money. To those so called managers I guess you all skipped the modules on good customer service because you all are lacking where that is concerned. Never again I wish...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer for well over five years (maybe close to ten with how fast time flies) and the whole team at Pizza Hut never fails to be kind, patient and friendly. Their service is phenomenal, and I’m a particular fan of their convenient drive through window for carry-out. Every one of them has always called me “Miss [First name]” when I pull up and it warms my shy little Southern Heart every time.
I had an issue with ordering something wrong via the app once (probably a user error) and when I arrived to pick up my order, they were very kind and allowed me to adjust what I truly wanted effortlessly.
My roommate and I have never had a bad order, the food is always hot and what we’ve wanted and pick up times have always been swift. We’ve made and will continue to make this Pizza Hut our regular...
