Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I rarely write reviews. This had to get one. I went here to grab a quick bite on my lunchbreak. This was BY FAR the worst Popeyes I have ever had. Let's go step by step.

First I order a 3 piece spicy and ask for leg, wing, and breast and then they talk me into ordering an apple pie. I get to the window and she says it'll be 10 mins on that pie. They offer a different dessert. I take it because I need to get back to work.

I get my order pretty quickly. I head back to work. I grab the leg and take a bite. It is cold and taste like old chicken. I hate going back so I decided to such it up. I open the box all the way and it's another leg and a thigh. At this point I decide to go back, because I don't eat thighs.

When I get back the women was nice enough and said here you are fresh from the grease. The chicken was hot and fresh from the grease. However, the taste was not good.it seemed that it was old oil being used.

I decided to give the red beans and rice a go. It tasted like it was spoiled. I am assuming it isn't from today. Needless to say, it is all going in the trash.

Popeyes is one of my favorite places to eat chicken as far as fast food. I ordered the spicy chicken strips meal with extra crispy fries. I received original strips and all of the food was room temperature. The employee said she doesn't know how to make crispy fries, that she refused to go to the kitchen and that the cook was cleaning right now.

Then I was told to pull up and they would fix it, after waiting for 15 mins the employee steps outside and asks what I was waiting for and took down my order again and said she won't forget this time.

Second attempt is missing the biscuit and fries are soggy, she told me she refused to go in the kitchen so I don't know if the cook was cleaning and cooking at the same time. I asked for a refund and she said she doesn't know how to do a refund and that she is the one in charge so there is no one else that can help. Her attitude was very unapologetic and pretty much said I can come back another day or do what I have to do.

I was calm and polite the entire time but can not award them a good review due to their lack of knowledge of how to do their job and no regard to even care how or take responsibility of the business conducted at...

Popeyes located at Eldridge Order placed on Saturday Nov 30@6:16pm (for reference) Worst experience with any restaurant. I ordered chicken breast n wings, one spicy and other two regular. Order served was cold (not even warm). Upon asking the lady behind the counter, she asked me to wait 12 to 15 minutes after which fresh order was received this time 2 spicy and one regular. My son on taking a bite from his chicken piece complained to me that his chicken is still cold. Upon me checking it found only his one piece of chicken to be cold. Remaining order was nice n hot. I took the chicken piece to the counter lady and asked her to touch the meat herself and check that the meat is cold to which the manager jumps in and in a extremely rude tone told me how much more hot you want it to be? I once again politely told him to check it for himself and he being the manager was super rude after which I had to give him a piece of me. I would never recommend anyone to come to this facility again and the manager should be sent for some training as how to attend to customers,
