Came to get my phone screen replaced on a Tuesday took him about 20 minutes got back everything was working great the next day Wednesday my phone had died after work and I put it on the charger when I tried to turn All it would show up was the white screen with the black Apple logo the phone actually wouldn’t come on so first thing Thursday I will go to the place at opening and nobody was there I’ve been waiting around for about 20 minutes and then went to my car to use my iPad to connect to Wi-Fi to write them on Facebook wrote them on Facebook but IT turns out that I actually wrote a different location they told me they were open so I had not realized it yet and went back inside the store about at 11 and still wasn’t there I waited another 20 minutes As I was writing the other store the other guy then told me to come in he would help me but he was a different owner so I then went to the other location which was 30 minutes which I already live 30 minutes from this location so it was an hour away from my house and the guy then told me that the speaker and front camera was not working so he disconnected it so that I was able to use my phone again he said he would fix it for $40 or he said I could try and go back to the other place since he already fix it he would probably do it so then I called the other store when I finally got my phone on from This other guy on and then took spoke with thin and told him my situation wouldn’t really listen to me but I decided to drive there anyway hoping I could get it fixed because I’ve already paid $120 I get to the guy and he then tries to tell me my phone is watered damage and that he could not guarantee he said he had other phones to fix before he could even look at mine when I’ve been told him I was here at opening and waited for over an hour trying to get my phone fixed he been finished one phone and looked at mine he fixed the speaker and as I was trying to tell him what was going on he just kept cutting me off. He wouldn’t listen he kept talking about the charging part which was none of my problem then he said he could fix it for $49 and I then tried explained to him that it was working before he touched it and then he told me that he could fix it tomorrow at opening I’ve then asked when he opened he said 11 so they don’t open at 10 and then I said I thought you could fix it today bc he told me a price. I don’t think I should pay because everything was working before he touched it and then he tried to argue with me wasn’t very helpful and told me he would see if he could find the part to fix it today since I work tomorrow but he just kept telling me to spend all this money to replace different things which I should just buy a new phone if thatS the case. Read moreI have had by far the worst experience with both the Dayton Ohio location and Corporate and I will explain why. First of all I had taken an Iphone 5s for a simple screen replacement at the beginning of June. It took them a couple of days to repair but once we received the phone back the both the front and rear camera no longer worked, and the phone would overheat and drain the battery. Returned the phone for repair and they tried to fix it but blamed it on it needing a factory reset. Did that and then returned the phone over for them to repair. They had it for a few days and they never called back. Went in to the office and found out that both employees had quit and management forgot to replace them. (Great management right). When I took a look at the phone at the location it still wasn't working and now the screen wasn't functioning. (Great feeling when the screen is brand new). The lady who was there tried to fix it and wasn't able to. Requested a Refund since I no longer had a phone that was working correctly. The lady who was working the store stated that I need to wait until the manager was in to get the refund (This was on a Friday and the manager would be in on Monday). So I went into the store on monday evening and spoke to the manager who tried to fix it as well and was able to get the screen to work but not the camera. He then asked me to do another Factory reset and that if it didn't work he would put in the refund. I gave it a try and it didn't work so I had him put in the refund. I gave it a couple of weeks and no refund. I went back to the store to find that the manager quit and they had a new manager (I couldn't make this up). I was able to speak with the new manager who told me to give it a few days and to call corporate if I hadn't got the refund. So I waited another week and no refund, So I attempted to call Corporate and No answer so I left a message. No call back after a few days so I emailed them. No response after a few days so I was able to locate a direct Customer service number but no one answered so I left a message. That was a week ago and No call back. Read moreWe brought an Amazon Kindle Fire HDX in for a charging port repair. They ask us to leave it for 30 minutes to see if they could fix it. After an hour the guy said he thought he had it fixed because it was charging. 10 minutes later he said it wasn't fixed and we needed to leave it for 10 business days while they got the part to fix it. At 12 days my wife started calling for updates. They called back the next day and said we could come get the tablet, but they wanted to inform us the tablet wasn't working. They said there must have been a bad main board now because it wouldn't turn on at all. I said I knew the power port is soldered to the main board so did something happen. The tablet was working great, the charging port was just failing. There was nothing else wrong. They said well you took it to two other places so they might have done something. Both other places could not find the part, so they returned the tablet without working on it, so I really don't think that's the issue plus the same guy said he had it charging two weeks before and now it won't do anything. They still wanted to charge us the $70 for the port, because they said it was special order. I said I'll pay it my tablet works. I asked how much the main board cost. He said $35 for the part then we charge to put it in. I said will that fix the tablet. He said I don't know. I said I thought you fixed these, why would I pay for parts if you don't know if they'll work. He said he would talk to his boss and call back. He called the next day and said they were refunding us the $70 and didn't want to do any more work on the tablet. We are now worse off then we were before going there. Beware...
