Sadly I gave a second chance to this subway n I wasn't happy with it again the first time I went with my family we had poor service from the server (it seemed like someone was having a bad day). When we got there there was someone already waiting for service but there was no one there the girl arrived n took care of the gentleman. Ironically the server we got was the same girl from our 1st time ( and I say girl cause even If I would give a name she didn't have a name tag.) from the first time. This time the food wasn't on point we couldn't even see the meats or cheese options since she had a silver metal panel covering them I have been in national and international subways n have never been disappointed as in this one. the girl didn't wear gloves when she made the first sandwich for my Dad, when she was making mines n my daughter she was on a personal call with her airpods n wasn't paying attention what we wanted on our order, when the time came to pay I ask her to charge for a meal of chips n soda, a kids meal (where she said that subway doesn't do it funny cause I've got this from other subways) she said that they only do soda chips or cookies. I asked her that it was showing behind her in the menu n I could see the juice boxes or apple sauce pouches in the fridge n she said they didn't do it n that Those were extra n were like 4$ for the juice box if I wanted it, I followed just to give me the meal with the chips n soda as well for my daughter n extra soda for my dad since that's what he wanted after paying the girl left store alone no one behind the cashier or anywhere I had to wait till she was back to ask for napkins n when I did I had to give a why I needed extra, and she was still on the phone call( I guess it was a really important call.) n again she left the store unattended. Sadly we couldn't even eat the sandwiches cause they were so toasted that the bread got hard. She came back when we were leaving n I guess shopping at Walmart since she had a receipt for Walmart in her hands n her wallet. Hopefully this comment will be taken into consideration to improve the service to get it on the level of Subway Eat...
Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. I walked in with 7 people in front of me, and waited about 30-40 mins until the lady working got to me. She never once washed her hands or changed her gloves the whole time. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she started making my sub. No sense of urgency. People behind me walked out because the service was lacking and slow. No apologies made for the wait. The bread is stale and is hard to chew off a bite from my sub. The turkey tastes funky. The lady working could literally only do one sub at a time, which I understand if you’re new. But since she was the only one working, I’d assume she wasn’t. Just all around horrible experience. I’ve never left a review before, but felt I needed to with this place. Just absolutely horrible. Do better. Read moreAs a new resident of Ohio, I previously worked at subway for years. I took a job at this subway and on my first day of work I immediately noticed the filth. The fridge was full of mold. The mold was hanging over the open food, vegetables are rotten and they still served them. By company policy every four hours the tea was supposed to be changed and when I went to dump the tea it was chunky. It's been sitting there at least for a week. The popcorn machine has not been cleaned in a long time the dust in was smoldering and the air vent was melting which is a fire hazard. I worked there for 3 days before I quit and I advise you don't eat there you or some one you love could get seriously sick or even die.
