One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was needing a washer and dryer due to my set going out after 9 yrs of use. I went to the store and picked out the set I wanted and filled out all the paper work needed and got approved but when it came time to pay I was asking them why it seemed a little higher than it should. They said it was just the payment and their club fee and taxes. I gave in and paid but when I got the ticket they had a LDW that was added on that was optional. I asked them to remove it and they told me they would have to do a return and it would take 3-5 days for me to get my money back, so I went along with it since I was scammed out of it for the first month. After I got home my landlord got wind of mine need and offered to provide a brand new set and I happily agreed. I called the store to cancel before It could be loaded up and sent out. They said they were providing a refund and to wait the 3-5 days and I was okay now I had a new set being provided. Well I check my bank the next day and it wasn't there of course but i was hopeful. I then logged into my RAC account to make sure it was sent and what do I find, that the store did a cash refund but didn't tell me and wasn't going to tell me. I had to go to the store where the guy assured me that it was sent to my bank but i showed him screen shots of it being cash. He said he would find out from whoever counted down the drawers the at close (which should have been him, the MGR). Fast forward about 3 hours he calls and they magically found that the drawers where over by my payment amount. Why was he not told that they had $200 to much when they counted down and why was he not there. I am currently waiting for there power to be restored so he can call the owner to get into the safe and get me my money which will take god knows how long. I've been robbed and I'm angry. Rent-A-Center in Sulphur Springs, Tx is absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. The employees have no communication with each other or with their customers. TWICE I had an appointment with them that they not only didn't bother to show up for, they apparently didn't think that calling me to at least inform me that they weren't coming was necessary. I purchased a king size memory foam mattress, which ended up being too big. Not their fault, so I called to see about an exchange to a queen size memory foam mattress. They said ok and set up a delivery time. When they didn't show up, I called them. I had to fight them to deliver that day as agreed. They brought out a used, floppy, coil spring mattress and not the memory foam that I had specifically asked for. The delivery man promised to let them know to order the queen size memory foam mattress, and I could use the coil spring loaner while waiting for the memory foam. A month goes by and I'm getting daily texts that my bill is due. The bill for the KING SIZE memory foam. So they never updated the bill to show that I was getting a queen size, that I didn't even have yet. I was told the new mattress should arrive in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I called to get the status. I was told they were still waiting for it to come in. I called again in just over a week, still waiting they said. I told them that I was done fooling with them and to come get their used, floppy mattress. They scheduled to come out on Saturday and I was not surprised when they didn't bother to show up or call. So I called them again the next Saturday to come get their mattress. They finally showed up to get it. I WILL NEVER do business...

Rude people they will blame you when stuff don't work like a clogged dryer and tell you it's the operater when clearly its clogged lol then when ask to pick it up because I don't want it she get even ruder calling me drama and then she sends me the owners phone number and tells me he said forward his number to me she sent him all the messages well I have all the messages to if anyone wants to see how rude they really are let me know I'll share with you I have no reason to make this up IV bought stuff and paid it off threw them and other places BUT I will tell you this I would not rent at this place again I was already told before I ever rented there they was rude but I had to find...
