BG Design Center — Local services in Sulphur Springs

We ordered about $1000 worth of flooring from here, we get it home and two complete boxes are unusable. We ask for our money back- if the product we have spent so much money on is so fragile then we don't want it. We have yet to see a refund. When we go to talk with anyone we get the run around. Oh! We ordered this stuff back in January! We still can't walk away from this mess and it's now the middle of June. You have to buy the material and pay for shipping and handling separately, which is fine, if we hadn't recieved the product damaged. Before we tried to a refund I would have recommended the store but not the product... after being lied to (I've been told more than once that the refund paperwork came in "yesterday") and put off repeatedly I would dissuade anyone...

They have good selection but super high prices. Basically unrealistic. I strongly recommend Floor and Tile store in Mesquite, TX. Go buy yourself the materials then find a tile / floor hand worker and get it done with minimum cash. They quoted me thousands $ in the jobs that I asked. I wrote down the type of tile and floor that I picked with them, then I went on internet and in Mesquite store and got the SAME materials as they had for few hundred $. I then hired a private tile guy from the phone book and got the job done for less than 1000$ !! I was amazed myself of the HUGE price difference!! Ridiculous how they can...

BG Design Center updated our den with beautiful tile, and we are so happy with the result!
