We had an extensive window tinting job at our lake house. The back of our house is a glass, A frame. Josh came out prior to the job to take measurements. We met with him at his shop to look at material choices. On the day of the job he had a scaffold, all the materials and guys to help him with the job. They were there for about 12 hours and did a great job. We did find a few places that bubbled but he readily agreed to come back and redo those windows. Josh was easy to communicate with and very polite. If we had questions he didn’t have the answers for, he looked into it. He’s great texting and following up. Home window tinting is a new area for Josh. We has a couple of different companies give us estimates and they were all very similar. We went with a Josh because of his customer service! Wonderful experience called me to come earlier than what my appointment was supposed to be so I was able to get it done before my appointment. Was able to sit and wait on my car since I didn’t live in town live 45 mins out of town. They treated us like family very funny and wonderful people. We really enjoyed everything about the tint shop will go back for our other car well worth the money and time they took on our car to make sure it came out perfect!! It’s fresh and looks great no bubbles does have a little water spots but you have to give it time to dry 2-4 days it will be well worth the 2-4 days thank you guys for everything y’all did for me and boyfriends car today we really appreciated and wish we could’ve gave more then what we did but low on money but we did appreciate...

So, I had some tint put on my car in 2020. About a year later the tint started to bubble and look terrible. I bought the best tint he sold at the time and he told me it had a lifetime warranty. I finally was able to get over and have the tint fixed, he told us he doesn't use that film company any longer and how much it was going to cost me to fix it. To which I was confused and tried to have him honor the warranty. Would have been nice if he would have told me when I called he no longer that company and that when I drove and hour to have some tint fixed under "warranty" it was going to cost me money. He tried to talk me in circles which just really irritated me. Use caution here if your tint job is starts to wear out and the warranties...
