They are very well knowledgeable of their field dealing with HVAC, and they are dependable and will work with you when it comes to negotiating a reasonable and competitive price. I chose Burnworth's A/C for a second time to install a new complete unit, both indoor and outdoor, in a five year span, because of their exceptional proficiency.
I had a personal experience with one of their technicians that I didn't appreciate at all. I contacted management and was told that it was addressed to the employee. My opinion, the company should have taken further action than what was explained to me. Well, it's not my business/company, but it was my business to report the incident, if you follow me. Factoring the one bad personal experience, keeps me short of giving Burnworth's 5 đđ đ đ đ.

Besides, after all what I've been through the past three years dealing with hurricanes, Covid, personal issues, insurance, contractors, displacement, family issues, workplace issues, I honestly can't entertain the thought of trying to look to find another HVAC company. But other than the unfortunate personal experience, I have had no issue dealing with the subject at hand, and that's the business and quality of work per sé, with Burnworth's A/C.

Lost my home in hurricane Laura and after a long insurance battle weâre finally rebuilding. Called Burnworth to install and gave them the NEW address. Jason was sent to the previous address, which wasnât my fault, but when he arrived at the new location he wasnât very âfriendlyâ and after getting a quote for 225/hr and i agree to pay it, I donât get a call to schedule the appointment.. if you donât want to deal with customers, or do the job.. DONT show up or give a quote at. Iâd rather someone be honest and just tell me no. Iâll gladly call someone else. What a Waste of time.    Read moreMy thermostat had to be replaced after Hurricane Delta. Burnworth's were the first to respond to the call and they told me I needed my thermostat replaced. They charged me 300.00 for the thermostat and 130.00 for labor; I figured that was normal. Fast forward to last weekend and the air conditioner wouldn't work. Assuming it was an issue with the unit, I called the company that put it in. They discovered it was my FIVE month old thermostat and replaced it. The other company charged 115.00 for labor and 100.00 for the thermostat! I called Burnworth's about returning the malfunctioning thermostat and they said I could bring it to them and they would give me another unit...which had been replaced. I asked why they couldn't refund me (for the unit, not the labor) and then get return it to Honeywell for a new unit. Ronnie Burnworth was rude and said he wouldn't do it. Upon further research, I learned the reason he wouldn't do it is because he was price gouging after the hurricane and that he wouldn't be able to charge 300.00 now, especially since the thermostat cost him less than 59.00. I had a room full of people listening to the way he was speaking. I am also reporting him to the BBB and the Attorney General's price gouging committee. AVOID THIS COMPANY...
