Waffle House — Restaurant in Sulphur

My husband and I walk into this establishment and first not icing that no one greeted us and then a lady by the name of Buller was a very friendly soft spoken waitress. She smiled as she took our order and was kind through the process. While we were standing there waiting for the to go order, the cook was told he had a phone call and he did have gloves on but he gets the phone and starts to have a conversation to whom I understand to be Richard while cooking. The problem I had is the fact that the same gloves he is using to prepare my food he is using to now answer the phone that has been on cabinets in offices and maybe the floor when possibly dropped and is placing my cheese on the food and then he gets my order wrong and he then starts fondling my food to take out the condiments that he put that was not supposed to be there with his fingers... Then I bring it to their attention and the cook never Turn around to acknowlege what he did but just takes the play and tosses it into the trash can Then changes is gloves and begins to fix my order over. Customer service is a big thing with me and there does need to be some...

The steak i ordered was cooked really well. The service was nice. 3 people working tonight. But be prepared to eat your steak with your hands. Was never given silverware, and all 3 of the workers made eye contact with me while I was tearing my steak in pieces and eating it with my hands. As evident in my pictures not one piece of silverware. No fork, knife, or even spoon. Maybe it was because my wife ordered a sandwich, with was also very good. Maybe that is the reason I did not get silverware. Was not offered a refill on my drink even though it was empty half way through my meal. Presented the problem to the manager on duty, she just tilted her head and said oh well. Still had to pay $21, again no silverware and no refill, and no adjustment to my bill. And I live in the area, I will be driving before coming back to this Waffle House. Not to mention there was food and trash under just about every table and they were saying it had been slow. I know waffle house is not one of those 5⭐ restaurants but c'mon! We had really really bad service... We arrive from traveling 7 hrs, they sit us down on the bar & after ordering it starts going down hill... Its 5 of us. We ordered 2 Sprite, 1 OJ, 2 coffees, 2 kids scrambled eggs and bacon +1 double waffle, 1 all star, & 2 Texas cheesesteak melt. Our food came before the drinks, our silverware with the drinks, the all star was made with 1 egg, the kids scrambled was supposed to have hashbrowns & it came with grits, we didn't get the sausage/bacon until after we were done eating, 1 of the coffee cups had a blond hair in it, we didn't get butter or syrup for the waffles, & when we would tell our waitress what we needed she would leave & forget what we asked for. We started noticing that she would do it on purpose too. & in one of the occassions I asked for a refill on my coffee & she says under her breath "omg!". Like I said......
