Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Sulphur

Soft pretzel twist, on the $1.99 menu by the way, shows an item of cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel twist, but when you add the item it's $2.19 before tax. I can deal wlth that! It's only 20¢ extra! But when the item doesn't come with the cheese sauce. you ask the carhop.. who's fault this isn't, by the way, where's the cheese sauce that is clearly shown on the picture of a $1.99 advertised item that ACTUALLY costs $2.19 before taxes, and "oh the pretzel twists don't come with cheese sauce you have to pay an extra $0.89 for cheese sauce." So let me get this straight, a pretzel twist advertised for $1.99 ACTUALLY costs $2.19 AND doesn't come with the sauce pictured right next to it in every image the pretzel twist is EVER shown in? That's completely unacceptable. I know it seems petty to say this but I contend that this entire location should be SHUT DOWN for the manager trying to skim off the top and steal customers money. I've reported this to headquarters and they've refused to give me any confirmation they'll register my complaint so now I'm forced to post here hoping...

I have eaten at this sonic since it has opened and i don't know why i guess because it's close to my house and convenient. They DEFINITELY need new management! Everytime i eat here my order is wrong. I just left there ordered a crispy chicken wrap with tater tots they gave me a grilled chicken wrap with fries then i ordered cheese sticks with ranch and marinara sauce they only gave me ranch then i ordered my girlfriend a cookie dough blast have no idea what kind of icecream that was HORRIBLE! I stopped getting icecream here along time ago because it's horrible its so hard and the texture is bad i don't know how to explain it but my girlfriend wanted icecream so i got it. We will not be spending another dime at this sonic i will drive to the one that's all the way across town before i spend another dime here. I hate leaving bad reviews on businesses but this is unacceptable everytime we eat here there is a problem. HORRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE! Service is usually good but recently about two times at one sonic and one time at the other they been charging ppl for blasts and shakes and not putting all the ingredients in..which is what you pay for such as the Oreo cheesecake item the don't put the cheesecake in and you clearly can taste it's not I'm it ..and they swear up and down it in there it's not it's just an Oreo shake ...and have gotten other orders wrong quite a bit.....so when you call a manager on phone or go to fix it they are not friendly and if the complaint is in person they go back inside the building talk amongst everyone and stare and laugh at you even when your being nice...it's ridiculous.......corporate needs to come down and retrain ppl ..lord forbid they get something wrong and it's the end of the world when you say something..very sad but yes my experience is not the same and night shifts seem to do nothing but make fun of ppl and you see them goofing off outside when friends show up anyway ..sonic used to be good...
