This Summerville location is of the essence of what salesmanship should be, the staff is so polite and respectful, they'll explain even the slightest details of any questions you may have. The manager and her assistant are the assets of the success of the store. Nothing but respect and my hat is off to you ALL. I have furnished my entire home from this location. I adopted 2 children and now can't afford to get them the laptop for their school work as an education is first and foremost and the staired bunk beds I really wanted for them, they are fine with a pallet until I regroup. My Parkinson's got a little worse and my financial situation got down for a while it seems but when I can afford it one day these little ones will have a nice pair of bunk beds as they deserve. Casey or Cassie the sales associate is uneducated on her job, disrespectful to customers and employees. She has made the store lose four customers while Bo has been gone on vacation. She talks down on employees when it is her own fault and puts the blame on them. The rest of the team Taylor, Ty and Jacob are very sweet and understanding. I hope Bo does something about her before she ruins the business for Summerville . I’ll be switching my accounts to Tina’s store. I’ve spent countless money in this store, I’ve bought three flat screens that I paid off, and currently have a dryer and ps5 through them. My dryer has been gone to be serviced for over a month and in the system she said it was serviced at my house in which it was NOT , and I was a day late on a payment and she sent people to my house over the ps5 because SHE put the payments on the wrong day. I would just like to say that I love my Aaron’s’s team Kate, Amber and Bo has always been very helpful to me. Even when I have gotten in a financial bond they worked with me and try to help me keep my stuff not once have they threaten to come get my stuff? They’ve always tried to help me keep my stuff, so yes, in my reviews I’ll give them five stars because they are the best and one more thing I would like to say if you don’t pay your bills, they’re gonna come get your stuff.
