I do not leave reviews very often but my experience in this store today warranted recognition .I travel to the area to assist my grandmother once a month. This trip I saw she had a tree down in her yard. Not having tools to get it out of her yard I called my uncle who said to go to Margins, they will help me with what ever I need. I drove to Margins and I entered the store only to find assistance offered before I even ask. I told them the problem and was taken straight to the tools I needed. Not only was I shown the chain saw, but was told the differences so I could make an informed decision. I have never had anyone be so attentive to my needs in a store before. I have never had such professional and caring help as I did today .I understand why this is my Uncle's number one go to store .He said he always has a great experience.    Read moreI usually shop at Marvin's in Summerville Ga. But, after today, that will happen no more. If you live in Georgia, you probably know what a gate card is. If you don't, a gate card is a tax exempt card that basically allows farmers, etc. to buy things used on the farm. If you are a veteran, however, you get a military discount at select locations, which allows a percentage off your purchace (minus sales items of course). Before today, I have never had a problem spending thousands of dollars at a time on materials and such and getting my military discount and then using my tax exempt card. Today, I was told that they were no longer allowed to give 2 discounts, it was either one or the other, military discount or tax exempt. I called to see if they had bubble wrap in stock the young girl put me on hold came back and said yes. I promptly drove to the store to get it. I get there and I could not find the item, I walked to the front and said âhey I have a questionâ I was greeted with an annoyed âwhat?â Which I followed with a puzzled look.
