Working in Preschool 2 was such a meaningful and fulfilling experience of my career. I built strong and genuine connections with my students and their families. Every day felt purposeful, and the bonds we created made it incredibly special. The directors, Varsha and Casandra, were truly exceptional leaders. Their unwavering support, encouragement, and open communication made all the difference in my day-to-day work. They genuinely care about the growth and well-being of both the staff and the children, always going above and beyond to create a positive and nurturing environment. Their professionalism, combined with kindness, fostered a workplace where I felt empowered to do my best. The regional manager, Mynda, also played a vital role in shaping this supportive culture. Her dedication to the team and the program’s success was evident through her constant guidance, understanding, and advocacy for both staff and families. Together, Varsha, Casandra, and Mynda, along with the higher-ups, set a standard of leadership that is both compassionate and highly professional. They listen attentively, respond thoughtfully, and maintain a culture of respect and growth throughout the entire organization. Although I sadly had to leave, I still feel deeply connected to the team. Varsha, Casandra, and Mynda continue to check in on my life, which speaks volumes about the kind of leadership they embody. Whenever I’m in the area, I visit the center, catch up with my former directors, and see the children and parents. I can’t say enough great things about The Summit Learning Exoerience! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by Ms Varsha the Director of Operations her extensive experience and engagement with the staff as well as involvement with each group starting from infants to preschool made us feel at ease knowing our child would be in a safe, and nurturing environment. The staff and teachers are absolutely wonderful—warm, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and development, especially Mr. Paul, Ms Karen and Ms Valerie (who unfortunately moved) Our son is excited each morning to attend even on weekends when I have to explain they are closed. We Thank Mr. Paul for deciding to stay the remaining year, he has been a positive mentor since our first day at the tour by instantly connecting with our son who is shy and takes a very long time to feel comfortable.

The facility is always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities that keep the little ones excited to learn. The curriculum is well-structured, blending play and education perfectly, Communication is fantastic; they keep us updated with daily reports and photos, which we truly appreciate.

As a parent, my child's experience at The Learning Experience Summit has been truly exceptional. The school is a perfect fit for early schooling and preschool, providing an ideal environment for young learners. My child has thrived under the care of the wonderful teachers—Miss Valrie, Miss Tay, Miss Mia and Mr. Paul. They create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where each child is encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Their personalized attention has made my child feel valued and confident in their abilities.

The daycare services at The Learning Experience Summit are also outstanding. Knowing that my child is in a safe, caring, and enriching environment throughout the day gives me great peace of mind. The staff is attentive, nurturing, and dedicated to ensuring that each child's needs are met.
