I would call everyday, and they said the work would start the next day. I had to call and write the national Jeep customer service center to get anything done. I would give them negative stars if I could.
EDIT - The response from Salerno Duane is a lie. Below is the timeline I sent to the national customer service rep before Salerno Duane even started working on my car.
May 19 - I bring my car in because the engine was making noise. The dealership informs me that I need 2 new motor mounts, but the parts are not in stock. They say they need to order them and call me when they are in. l also get an oil change. May 24 - After not hearing from the service center, I call to ask if the parts were in. They say they have to check and call me back. They do not call me back. May 25 - I email the dealer (Paul) to ask if the parts were in. I do not hear back. May 30 - I call to ask if the parts were in. They say they had to check and call me back. I then complete a survey saying that my service was bad. A couple hours later, I get an email saying that they will call me. Then Billy calls me. He tells me that he knows I "slammed him" on the survey, and that the parts are in. He says the first available appointment is June 19 (even though I was already there in May). I'm busy with work that week, so I book an appointment for Friday June 23rd. He says the service will take 1 day. June 23 - I drop my car off, and I'm told that the service will take 15 hours and probably won't be complete until Monday. When I ask about a loaner, they give me the phone number for Customer Care, and tell me I could get a rental. They tell me they'll call me later that day with an update. By mid-afternoon, I didn't hear from them. I call and I'm told the car will not be ready that day. June 24 - I picked up the rental. June 26 - I call in the morning. I'm told they don't know the status of the car, and they'll call me back. I call in the afternoon, and I'm told it's not ready. I ask if they even started working on the car yet, and I'm told no. June 27 - I stop by the service center to get something out of my car. I ask if they started working on the car yet, and I'm told no. June 28- I returned the rental car as I'm leaving for vacation the next day. I call to check the status of my car in the morning. I'm told they'll have to check and call me back. I call again in the afternoon, and I'm told they haven't started working on it yet. June 29 - I'm on vacation. I call at 5:50pm to ask if they had started working on my car yet. They tell me that there's three cars ahead of mine.
This was 6 months ago, so I don't remember the specifics that occurred after that. The point is Paul is clearing lying in the response below when he writes "it did take longer than expected because there were several concerns and we had to order parts, but it was not over 2 weeks and we did our best to be efficient and transparent with you along the way".

Not even one month into driving it, the forward collision sensor stopped working which is not their fault. I called them and they said they would fix. Now I drop it off on 2/11/24 and they said it would be done in just a couple of days. They did not have a loaner for me so I was out of a truck for the time being. I figured that was okay since it was only supposed to be "a couple days". A couple days go by and I do not hear from them, so I call them. They said "The part never arrived should be here maybe tomorrow." What kind of establishment does not reach out with an update on what is going on when it is being delayed. When i confronted them about not giving updates they were rude as to why they didn't. They said " we will call tomorrow with an update by 12:00 pm, no later." Tomorrow comes and I didn't receive a call until about 3:00 pm, give or take a few minutes. I finally got my car back on Friday 2/16/24. I get home and notice a dent and scratches on my drivers side door that was attempted to by covered up by a paint marker. I have pictures from the day I dropped it off in their lot and that was absolutely not there. I immediately called and the person that answered was rude and said "You go on about your day, We will go on about ours and we will check the cameras." I proceeded to immediately drive back to the dealership after hearing that disgraceful answer. I showed the pictures to the manager and he said " No problem we will take care of it and give you a loaner when you drop it off." This was good news even though the loaner they gave me was not able to do what I needed my pick up truck for. I drop the truck off on 2/26/24 and was told it should be done in a week or less. One week goes by and i do not hear from them. 3/5/24 I call the dealership multiple times, left multiple voicemails and still never got an answer or a phone call back. I took it upon myself to give the auto body shop a call just to get an update since the dealership has horrible with communicating. The auto body shop said "Your truck was done yesterday and they were supposed to pick it up but have not done so yet. They tend to leave cars here longer then they are supposed to." So i reached out top the dealership again and again only to be sent to voicemail numerous times. Finally I got in touch with manager Billy. He aggressively said to me "i don't appreciate you calling the auto body shop and harassing them." When I tried telling him I just asked for an update since the dealership left me high and dry, he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak. I asked him " Can I speak without you interrupting me or is this how your customer service is?" He responded " I think we are well past that point."
