East Side Deli Costa Rican — Restaurant in Summit

There are some flavors that you cannot rate...you just have to try them. We Costa Ricans season our food with all available herbs and vegetables, on top of that we add some Salsa Lizano or Alfaro. Willy (Malaco) has stated his brand over that Deli for years. It is the meeting point for Central Americans and Mexicans. It is also visited by Americans looking for a good sandwich or something new from Costa Rica.

Perhaps the most iconic dish from East side Deli or Soda Hispana is Willy's Ceviche. His recipe has been preserved for decades and no one can make it like him.

They dont appreciate a regular costumer. I will never step foot in that place again just for the fact they wont give me a SPOON lf broth on my rice. The food is excellent. The tres leche dessert is amazing. I also enjoy the coconut water, neither of which, is really native to the states. (though they don't have it as available as they used to.)
