I had purchase a new phone online, and went into the store to get the phone activate, the girl spent 10 minutes and said it was good to go, charge me a $26 activation fee, which was find, so the day goes by and my cellular data was not working, so the next day I go in an find out the girl didn't put in the right sim card number, so the manger Amanda fix the phone, but call her general manger to ask about what to charge, the general manger proceeds to tell her over the phone that she have to charge me another activation fee, after I already paid one the day before, she continue to say she know the worker made an mistake, BUT it was not there fault, so I paid, but still had questions, Amanda went to say I was yelling and I needed to leave, and saying I was in her face, granted I was behind the table and was not yelling, just wondering what would be done to your worker, who did not put in the right sim card number and had my phone messed up, but proceed to charge me $26. Amanda would say nothing, I will talk to her, but nothing more would be done. Amanda tried to pull the racist card on me because I am a young African American, but I am very disappointed in this situation, nothing will be done to the coworker who charge me $26 and did not fix the phone properly. Be mindful when you go to this Boost Mobile store, they will cheat you out your money and think they doing...
Read moreOrdered a BLACK Moto G 5G 2024 phone @ 9.99. Charged tax on the normal price not the price of 9.99. (13$tax not 1$). Then to make it even more insulting, they sent me the sage green phone. Oh wait is the laughs over? Nope. Chatted with a few useless reps who then proceed to tell me i ordered the green phone and my account shows i am using the phone which i "ordered" and just got. I am on the BLACK Moto G 5g 2024 i bought a few weeks ago. The 2nd one was bought as a back up phone. Like i tried to tell them, is it possible that the "shipping delay" was actually Boost running out of Black and trying to figure out what to do? Why give me a 5$ credit? Still not happy about being put on auto pay and my Card # being stored without my approval.
Been with Boost for 15 years roughly. Time to leave due to crap customer service.
