Great American Cookies — Local services in Sumter

I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES! Always had them at my birthday party growing up!

We finally got to have our party and my daughters cake was so cute! Not the best work ever but it was easy to read and had the cutest little unicorn! I'm so appreciative of their hard work. It also was about 30 minutes late just be aware that sometimes...

We did the buy 5 get one free on regular cookies (M&m and orig Chocolate chip) and a regular blue raspberry jolly rancher drink, the cookies were really soft and fresh and the drink was made nicely. The service was okay, we had to wait on the server to finish talking with a friend that had come by which wasn’t great at all, once we were finally acknowledged we still had to wait as there was somebody sitting down waiting on an order and only one worker, we eventually placed our order and it was a smooth...

I could not be more grateful for this business! I was in a bind and needed something for my sister's birthday ASAP! and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed! Meka came in ON HER DAY OFF to get me this cookie cake done and ready in the same day! and not to mention she did more than an amazing job! it looked exactly like the picture and i am so excited to give it to my sister for her 40th birthday!! the whole team was amazing and I could not be happier! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH I LOVE...
