Cato Fashions — Local services in Sumter

I visited this Cato Fashions located in the Sumter Mall on November 15, 2021 and I must say that I am "BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE" my Mom and I was looking for an out-fit. We walked in the store and We were Never Greeted, we even got close to the front where the accessories were the associate behind the counter looked at us and DID NOT say a Word!!! Looked back down to what she was doing as if we were not there and we were the only ones in the store...I saw a few things that I was interested in buying but, then I guess you can't really sell anything to someone who is Invisible...Just remember Cato Fashions that Customers help pay your salary so many businesses are downsizing and people NOT shopping as much so Appreciate those who do patronize...
