Just moved to the Madison area and I’ve been shopping around a bit for a new place to get vapes. I read other reviews and looked at their website and figured this would be my new go to. I was so wrong. Their selection of disposables and mods was awful, not a lot of variety like their website said. I was expecting way more than maybe 20 disposables. Not to mention the vape I purchased is disgusting and burnt when I’ve had it less then a day. Absolute waste of money. Besides the lack of vapes the service was very poor. Whoever was working the night I went in was not friendly whatsoever. I walked in and he barely said hi and then proceeded to stare at me for about 5 minutes straight and then walked around behind the display cases a bit with his arms crossed. Didn’t engage with me at all and just seemed overall miserable. I actually had to tell him I was ready to check out after I stood waiting at the counter for a good minute or two. I visited M of N on a whim one day to get information. The fella there, can't recall his name unfortunately, was very informative and knowledgeable. Set me up with what I needed with no BS. Didn't upsell me on stuff I didn't need. That's how you build trust with clients. Being honest.

Second time I bought some juice opened it and there was an issue. The bottle had crystalized solid. The woman working was so apologetic and replaced it no problem. She could have said too bad, but made it right. After all that's what customer service is. Making things right. Proud to support this...

I moved to the area from Henderson NV a few weeks ago. I wanted a smoke shop that was personal and helpful. After looking at a number in the Madison Metro area I chose M of N Vapors in Sun Prairie. As a newbie vape person I was looking for new brands as well as a knowledgeable person to help me. Kayla made me feel welcome and she helped me find some e-juice I hadn’t tried before.
