I am NOT one to write bad reviews. In fact , I despise writing bad reviews. However , this time around , I feel it is necessary to write one so I can save the next person(s) from receiving the same bad treatment. My Boyfriend and I always order the same thing from this establishment. We love ordering from here because their food is consistently good and it’s local . (Only about 2 mins from our house) He (the bf) has reflux issues… so he sticks to the same thing every time.- Sesame Chicken with extra broccoli. He has NEVER ordered something different. He’s pretty picky. After leaving a nice tip for delivery and dropping $50 bucks on two entrees, he opened the container and took a bite and his mouth was on FIRE . We went back and forth about calling to let them know that maybe the meal was made with too much chili sauce or something. … we finally gathered the guts to give them a call and we explained that we believe the food was made too spicy . We then were transferred to the manager . Before she began , we had the chance to let her know that we ALWAYS order the same thing. We are proud regulars of coming here and they know us by face and oftentimes know our order right away. . We love their food . We told her we would be happy with some credit off for next time or whatever the case. She didn’t even let us finish what we had to say before boasting loudly that we were wrong . She talked over us loud enough to drown out our comments. Making us feel unimportant, and quite frankly, robbed. Where is the customer is always right rule? Why would we lie about our food? He just wanted to be able to actually eat his food without streamlining tears and sitting on the toilet with pain. . we will never eat from this location again. And to be completely honest, the way she handled the situation was embarrassing for her .

I would advise everyone to A.) pay in person. B.)Have a look at your food first before paying. C.) Order in and Eat in . D.) Completely sure that she is taking your Order down correctly. Get a receipt ! E.) UBER Eats, Dash etc

they are not willing to own up to th mistakes or make things right with the customer ....

I absolutely love Panda Garden. I live on the west side of Madison and let me tell you it is worth the trip to Sun Prairie, to get this fabulous food. It is always hot and delicious. Everybody is always friendly. I just simply love it, this is my second time ordering, and both times the food was excellent. If anybody's thinking about going to Panda Garden, They need to stop thinking about it and just go. It is the best place in Wisconsin, for delicious Chinese food. I love it so much I order from them at least once a week. It's just that fantastic. I don't normally do Google reviews, but I just had to do a review, for Panda Garden! They really do go above and beyond, to make sure everything is just right for you, that is why I will continue to order wonderful food from them. It's the only place that I go now, because they never disappoint. Their food is always amazing. So I just want to say thank you Panda Garden, for all the hard work that you do, just to make sure each and every experience that is fantastic. My family loves your food, and I just wanted you to know that, we really do appreciate each and every one of you, that works at Panda Garden, because the food is simply amazing. There are no words to express how good the food is. Even when I'm at work, I always order from them. The food is always hot and delicious. My family and I just love it, and it's the only place were going to go to, from now on, because we simply can't get...

Went here for an early family dinner after a movie. Excellent food and superior service. We had a couple drinks and appetizers, try the plum wine! The dumplings were a little overcooked, but good. We had chicken, and noodle dishes, and even a specially crafted dinner dish as a special order. It was all super fresh and great. We had hot tea, served in beautiful china cups, however, the ambiance and upscale feel was utterly ruined because everything was served on paper plates and styrofoam plates. I asked for a real plate, as I never eat hot food off styrofoam, but I was given paper. The wine was served in a plastic cup as well. We were the only 5 people there. They do have a sign saying' due to rising costs... Same food, different container..' However, I fail to see how not using dishes you already have and instead buying paper plates is helping any cost savings, and it's also much worse environmentally. I think I won't be back until I know that my $120 meal will be served on appropriate dining ware. It makes a...

This is our go to place for Chinese takeout in the area. I will say that it takes a little while for food to be delivered (45min-hour) but we live in a little bit of a rural area so that probably contributes to it. But everything is always hot and really tasty. One of my favorite dishes to get is the Special Four Seasons because it has a really good mixture of several different meats and I good mixture of vegetables. I also really love to get their vegetable lo mein . If we're feeling indulgent we get their Chinese donuts, but you do get quite a lot of them. I wish there was an option to get a half order. The only thing that makes me a little sad is I haven't been a fan of their crab ragoon, but everything else is so good it makes up for it.

Panda Garden was just OK for a Chinese restaurant. Prices were reasonable, altho not what is posted on Google Maps. Be prepared for significant price increases. Server was trying hard, but got my wife's order wrong (fried rice instead of steamed white rice). Also I had to return the can of Diet Coke because it had gone bad, and was three months past the "use by" date on the bottom of the can. No fountain drinks there, I guess. We may go there again if we are in the area, but probably won't make a trip to SP just to go there, again.

This is a pretty solid restaurant for Chinese entrees. We tried the lunch special, and with an added egg roll and egg drop soup, the price still came out to be only about $7. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. I will say that the food had a bit of a smoked flavor to it, which is unusual for this type of cuisine. They do a good job keeping the place clean and creating an atmosphere if you dine inn.
