I could never image BofA would have such a bad experience until I met this branch. Got my document notarized for 5min in UPS, after I took 40 minutes in this BofA branch and still got denied. NEVER claim you can do notary service if you are not willing to. The person who assisted me was friendly but the two notary officers working here are really bad. They gave me multiple reasons for the denial and none of them make sense. For example, they said the document must have a notary box so that they can stamp on. And also, they said they cannot verify the correctness of the document. Iād recommend suspending their notary permits given the lack of training they have. You only need to prove itās me that signs the document. Thatās the only purpose of the notary. The thing happening here is really absurd...

We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house.
