He is well versed in multiple disciplines like mixed martial arts, strength training, circuit training, conditioning and you will be able to leverage all of that through his sessions. He truly makes it a custom plan because he is focused on your specific needs and objectives. Favian is great at finding the right balance on how much he pushes his clients. All of this takes time and he is willing to invest, if you are...there are no quick fixes! Many of his clients are long term. I've trained with him for more almost 10 years now and I really appreciate the camaraderie, his work ethic and genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals. When I got a little bored with regular training over the years, he quickly switched it up by introducing boxing to me. I cannot overstate how life changing an experience this has been. His passion and deeply knowledge about his craft is obvious during each session. While I may not be actually looking to step into a ring, that won't stop him from always giving practical tips on combinations and how those are useful in an actual fight.
