The stars should say it all, but I would love to elaborate. First off, this place has been newly remodeled top to bottom, and you can absolutely tell there is cleanliness and organization the moment you walk. It’s not just a ‘regular liquor store’, it is safe and sanitary. I work off of Lawerence, and other liquor stores are more pricey and unkept compared to Grewalz. Not only does this give me as a customer a sense of relief during COVID, but it speaks volumes about the upkeep and maintenance by the staff that works there, which will bring me to my second point. If you are looking for topnotch costumer service, don’t look any further. This is the place for you. Their service is what sets them apart, especially around this area. They will not ‘rip you off’ or try to make a quick buck. Let’s be real, sometimes this can happen to us, but definitely not here. I believe the owner of the store is Paul, and he goes above and beyond for his customers and this was not just towards me, but everyone who entered. Each customer was immediately greeted! They have a wide selection of liquor as well as a great snack shop.

I like this store because they carry the brand of cigarettes I smoke for a lower price than other stores, and I don't have to use a coupon. The reason for a two star rating is because they NEVER stay open until 12AM like their hours say and it passes me off. So, then I have to walk all the way to 7-11 to buy my cigarettes at a higher price. If you're not going to stay open until what you have stated your business hours are (12AM), and you're going to close at 11:55PM then you need to change your hours...

Overpriced and dirty! The items in this store are not priced. When you get to the counter, you will find that they are way overpriced! A 12-pack of Pepsi is $9. The place is not well kept and dirty. The sales person was on the phone when I arrived at the counter and left me standing there for a couple of minutes before helping me. They also have a shelf with adult materials (DVDs and magazines) which was odd to me!...
