My son wanted mongolian bbq, so decided to give this place a try instead of the one inside the mall. As soon as we walked in there was about four parties inside. The person at the cashier asked if it was our first time there and since it was, he explained everything and let us take a look first. The place inside does not look welcoming and looks like it needs to be renovated and deep cleaned. We decided to still give it a try and followed the recipe for the sauce. I felt like even after following the recipe for the sauce (spicy), the dish was not spicy or had flavor. Some of the vegetables did not look fresh. The workers were friendly

Got there for lunch time around 12:40 and it was not too busy, only a 10 minute wait for 5 people. Very delicious food and attentive staff. Menu is easy to use since it is on a tablet that the group can use together and you can keep track of what has been ordered. They have both hot pot and KBBQ, but I only had KBBQ. My favorite dish was the spicy chicken bulgogi. It was very well seasoned and still very tender after cooking all the way. I will definitely be returning!

Food was ok , they give two bowls one trip. The meat used was all frozen meat. Veggies meat and even the sauce are not higher quality. It was very dull place the experience was also not exciting. Having eaten in mangolian bbq many time the crowd comes to this place was surprising. The soup was not that good. I didn’t try rice. Overall the quantity of the food is the only think I can say a positive here but without quality ingredients that’s also not very positive.

This place is solid - I wouldn't go as far to call it unique, but when it comes down to it, you get as much food as you can stuff your face with for between $8 - $10 depending on the day of the week/time that you go.

It definitely is more of a self-serve kind of place, so come here expecting a do it yourself kind of lunch. You get rice and soup with your meal if you want it and free ice cream at the end if you want it.

A couple of notes:

  1. you can grab two bowls at a time so you don't have to moosh the meat at the bottom of a bowl - then put your noodles/veggies in a separate bowl

  2. I recommend 2 scoops of soy sauce and 1 scoop of garlic

  3. If you don't finish your plate, you get charged extra. Kind of weird, but it's good to know in advance so that you don't overdue it when you...

Average Mongolian BBQ place. Reason for 2 stars Price on board ($16-17) is for ONE serving/trip only. If you want to go again - it is another $6. That is displayed on much smaller piece of paper that while not hidden - does not jump out at you when you look at menu. This is first Mongolian BBQ place I have been that is not "all you can eat". You get two bowls per trip limit and bowls are kind of small with the way meat is cut it takes up a lot of space. I was wondering why people were packing their bowls to silly height - after going back and having to pay $6 extra I understand. Under $20 is cash only. Given their pricing means if you just get one serving you have to pay cash.

Otherwise nothing special - good or bad. Food is as tasty as other BBQ places...

A younger staff member greeted us and provided a brief explanation of the dining process. He then left the area and engaged in a phone conversation, neglecting to check on the other guests. The establishment operates on a self-service basis, requiring customers to obtain their own water, rice, and soup. While waiting in line, we observed an older staff member, who appeared to have limited English proficiency, refilling the frozen meat section. The meat tongs accidentally fell to the ground, and the staff member picked them up and placed them back on the serving tray. This incident raised concerns about the overall hygiene practices of the establishment, leading us to reconsider our decision...
