Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Note: I work at another fast service restaurant: This Taco Bell used to be okay, but now they really suck! I started used the kiosks, and they are so hard to use because I tried using backspace to fix my name, but the keyboard stopped working! I use the kiosks because I avoid human interaction, and I'm not waiting for any of the employees for another 5 minutes to stop making food and deal with me. The first time, they gave me a wrong burrito! This time, I asked to make my burrito supreme, but when I got it, it was NOT SUPREME! Then we're watching other people without food, and they're trying to ask the cashiers where their food is. All of the employees are checking the screen, and they look lost. I thought I was dead inside, but I look at the employees now, and I see that they are dead inside and out! They're calling the wrong numbers, but correct-- oh, let me add quotation marks since my order was screwed up: "c o r r e c t" orders... I don't know what's worse: The kiosks or the employees?! Whoever is giving this place 4 or 5 stars, they probably haven't been there during the night, or...

I came here to pick up delivery.... The employees here at night they seems careless or they did it intentionally ... They serve and finished the drop in customers first and made me waited for my Doordash delivery .... They think I was stupid not knowing they treated me differently than other customers....they listen to loud music and act as if I was not there.... and made me waited 15 more minutes on top of that.... which was ridiculous.... I know it only took 3 minutes to complete an orders... On girl tried to appease me by saying they were waiting for the potato which I know that's a childish reason they gave me.... my customers also complained...

You order off a kiosk and they seem short staffed. They did take a little more time and people who ordered before me got their good. I do echo other reviewers that if you have the people ordering face to face it would be better ( especially when you are not busy and just standing idly ). On the flip side their manager was genuinely nice and cared about the people ordering.

-1 for telling me to order from a kiosk when most people ordered off the counter -1 for giving 3 people who ordered after me their food before I got mine
