Morgan Music — Local services in Superior

Friendly service, but certainly not good service. I brought a Bass in for adjustment, & was told that they would "get right on it". Two days later, I hadn't heard from them. I went in to the shop & was told that they were just finishing it up, but it would need a new jack. I checked it out in the shop & at home, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Later, I brought in two guitars to sell on consignment. I was told this would be no problem, & that they would have the paperwork for me shortly. AGAIN - two days later with no word from them, I went in to the shop. This time I was told that because the guitars were valued at less than $500 each, they would not sell them on consignment for me. Seriously?!!! You couldn't have told me this TWO DAYS AGO?! Well, two strikes, and you're out - in my book. This isn't baseball. I will not be doing business...

4 stars only because I was in and out and didn't have time to really peruse. But just from the 60 seconds we did spend... This review will most likely become 5. The atmosphere was welcoming. Didn't feel awkward or out of place. Instruments were arranged to be tested, all was tuned, staff was smiley and upbeat (pun intended!) and there were two keyboard/pianos set in the lobby with a cool lounge area. Excited to come back and check...

I brought my guitar here to have it setup with lighter gauge strings from what came on it when I bought it & these guys did an absolutely phenomenal job!
