I was EXTREMELY impressed with Artistic Florals By Leslie! I was in crunch time Mother's Day Weekend living currently residing in Florida. My Mother lives on a lake near Amnicon Falls well outside of Superior, WI. I called on Saturday and asked her if they were able to deliver tomorrow (Mother's Day). She told me unfortunately not and that they had a friend's funeral they were attending and doing the arrangements for. I told her thank you and that I would continue my search for a florist. She stopped me and said hang on a second thought let me talk to our delivery driver. She was able to have him do the delivery. I asked her about some of the arrangements on their site however, most were not available due to the heavy demand from the holiday. She asked if she could prepare an arrangement for me on her behalf and I agreed. After providing the delivery address to the church (because my mom really has difficulty with deliveries in her rural location) she told me she actually went to Sunday school at that church where the! I said wow! What a surprise and how fortuitous! My mother ended up receiving her floral arrangement delivery during post church coffee in front of her friends and it worked out perfectly! Not only did everything go as planned, but the delivery driver’s wife also turned out to be the swim coach of my mom's pool class! How did these stars ever align for all of this! With all due respect though I would highly recommend Leslie's Floral arrangements to anyone! They all went EXTREMELY out of her way! Great company, salesmanship, and great Midwest work ethic! I ordered the deluxe Teleflora’s beautiful heart bouquet for $89.99. I currently live in FL and my family member picked up the bouquet for us to bring to a funeral for a loved one. When she sent me the picture I could see right away they hardly put any flowers on it, especially since I paid extra for the deluxe for it to be more full. When I called the shop the lady wouldn’t let me talk to a manager or an owner, said she would write my name down even though I ordered online and she already had it. Highly disappointed with the customer service, along with product and quality that was given. She asked me to bring it back from the funeral and they would put more flowers on it. Lol I don’t even know how to respond to that. She wouldn’t give me a partial refund and said they simply didn’t have the flowers to put on there, I asked why they couldn’t add another kind and she said she doesn’t know they just don’t have the type that was supposed to be on it, that it was out of season. First of all, I don't know jack about flowers. So I ordered from this place because a couple people recommended it. I never saw the flowers in person, but I heard they were amazing and I did see a picture...what a huge unit. My aunt and my mom and the rest of my aunt's friends were blown away. I made an order one morning to be delivered the same afternoon, and the lovely woman who called me during the day to discuss the set up cared and genuinely wanted to make sure I was ok with what they were putting together. (I wish I had gotten her name...perhaps I did, but my memory is trash, and I feel bad about that). She even sent me a message on facebook to let me know they arrived. What a cool place...above and beyond. But next time, which might be sooner rather than later, I'm just going to give them a rough idea of what I want to spend and have them make the choice, they know their stuff. She was naming flowers and using terms I had never heard before...haha. Awesome place, awesome people, and they made me look like a sweetheart and a gentleman (both of which I'm certainly not).
