I had a horrible experience not the 1st time going in but it was not till the next day I encountered issues, after I had to return a shirt I could not fit. The original encounter with the nice lady i had check me out was wonderful good ol fashion customer service. Now when I tried the shirt on after leaving the establishment and purchased the shirt already for $12 (didn't take the receipt at checkout my mistake in a rush trying to get to work) I realized I needed to take it back. So NEXT DAY I come in the same time around 830an before work expecting to see the same lady and have a quick refund just to see a guy sitting outside smoking a cig not knowing it's an actual employee..not working..okay well he didn't say anything until I said good morning 1st off and proceeded to ask what I needed? "Well I can't fit the shirt, could I get a refund?" He said "no refund!" O.k..nit even with a receipt..he said no refund..okay well I'll just grab the same shirt bigger size..Now I otw to grab a shirt and otw he calls me back and says "it looks like it's been washed or worn out" I told him I only wore it once to TRY IT ON and BARLEY could get it on. I don't have a receipt but have proof I purchased on my online banking account so anyways he accused me of washing the shirt because I pulled the tag off thinking the shirt was gonna fit when I tried it on the day before. He just accused me of basically trying to rip the beachwear place off.. it's a $12 shirt it's not that serious I don't have time for that. Only reason I came in the day before was because I spilt coffee in my original shirt. Instead of accusing me of trying to get one over on you have your facts straight and treat me with respect because I felt like my character was questioned because of the color of my skin and I WILL NEVER...

This is the worst store I have EVER been to. For starters, the sign outside leads you to believe EVERYTHING in the store is $5.99. The minute I walked into the door, I immediately saw a sign for something around $20. I was flabbergasted. I then realized the 5.99 section was a tiny back room. I looked through the one rack of adult tshirts and found a decent shirt. As I was heading up to check out, I noticed the lettering was peeling off. I later confronted the cashier over the phone about the false advertidement, just to be hung up on. How rude!! I will continue to shop at Tusnami and will never return here. I love this place. Awesome prices on beachwear and stuff. Got 3 family sharks shirts there for a great price.. I also love thr 5.99 and below area. Even tho your board outside makes it seem that nothing is over 5.99 in the store. Friendly staff. 😊 also I found me and my kid matching slide ons. Wish the store had infant size slide ons.

P.s i went there on a weekend vacation twice. 😊
