Home Accents II — Local services in Surfside Beach

We recently remodeled our beach condominium. We have visited several stores between Wilmington and Surfside looking for new living room and dining room furniture. Although we’ve met some very nice people and seen some attractive furniture along the way, our experience at Home Accents II was superior to the other stores. When we entered Home Accents II, we were greeted with a big smile and friendly welcome by Nichole Rogers. She offered to show us the furniture that fit our criteria and to answer any of our questions. She made herself available to us, but she did not hover or pressure. We also encountered several other members of the sales staff, and each was very friendly, asking how we were doing, if we needed anything, and even offering us bottled water to drink.

We found very nice furniture working with Nichole. Much of it was in stock, and we had that delivered the very next day. The delivery team was great … on time, efficient, friendly, and polite. Once we viewed the furniture in our condo for 24 hours, we decided it was a bit too dark for the ambient light there. We called Nichole to ask if we could exchange the furniture for a whiter selection. She said that she would be happy to help us do that. We went back to HA II and made new selections. Nichole had Bobby and Anthony bring us our new selections the next day and take back the original choices. She has called us since then to make sure that we are happy with our new furniture.

My wife and I are so impressed with Nichole and with Home Accents. We so appreciate the way she handled our order and replacement order with patience, poise, cheerfulness, and warmth. She and HA most definitely live by the principle that the customer comes first. Home Accents II has a large and varied collection of very nice furniture, art, and appointments, but the store’s biggest selling point to me is the awesome people who work there. We will be shopping there for all our future...

We purchased a beautiful twin bed with trundle for our very small third bedroom. This bedroom is used by our young grandchildren when they visit. Our dimensions were very tight and finding the right piece has been a challenge. Anita was so very helpful. We talked with her in the store expressing our need, and she directed us to this lovely piece. She checked specific measurements on the company’s site. We then went home to measure our space. I then called her because I wasn’t sure of the fit in our small bedroom with the trundle pulled out completely for sleeping. She rechecked the site for us and even went back to measure the specific parts I needed on the floor model. We were able to complete the transaction over the phone at that point, and delivery is in a few days while we are still here on vacation. This purchase was exactly what I envisioned for the room, and thanks to Anita, we were able to purchase beautiful, high quality furniture with confidence that it would fit appropriately. I've been coming to Accent 2 for7 years To buy furniture.. First of all, you're greeted by a kind Hello when you enter the door, And how are you today? The store is beautifully designed which makes it so much easier when you are shopping for furniture. And the quality is Very good. Megan, Who helps me with my furniture, Is so kind hearted, and has quite a knowledge for furniture, Which makes it so easy for me when I am picking out furniture. She always lets me take my time. And lets me know that she's nearby if I need her. Not like the other stores that are very high pressured.
