Normally, I have a really good experience with everybody in the store but today for some reason the manager here decided that she wanted to have a horrible attitude with me and I almost cried, leaving this place today and I didn’t feel comfortable at all and as I left, all I heard her say was they’re gone finally really really loud and it was very embarrassing and I don’t know what I did wrong but I’m probably gonna keep coming here because it’s close to me and sometimes I don’t have a choice but if you don’t have to come here, I don’t recommend it literally all I went in for was some ice and ended up getting a couple of other things and when I paid for it, I was trying to do a split payment between two cards and their system pros in the middle of the transaction and so it automatically became a problem because the manager had to do something she started slamming my products and bags and slamming in the cash drawer shut and it was just a horrible experience. it’s not like I was gonna just leave the $34 that I...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. BOUGHT A $50 GIFT CARD A MONTH AGO FROM THE STORE IN SURPRISE AZ THAT SAYS IT HAS A $50 BALANCE REMAINING ON IT. AND SPOKE WITH JESSIE A MIN AGO AND INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING THE GIFT CARD.THEY HAD MY DAUGHTER PUT THE GROCERIES BACK. EVEN WHEN ANOTHER MANAGER CONFIRMED THE MONEY WAS THERE. AND THERE SAYING THET DONT ACCEPT THOSE CARDS ANYMORE AFTER BEING PURCHASED AT STORE A MONTH AGO. ANY OTHER STORE NO MATTER WHERE IT WAS IF IT SAYS THE ACTUAL STORES NAME ON IT AND CONFIRMS THE MONEY IS THERE WOULD Have EITHER ACCEPTED IT. OR TRANSFERRED IT TO ANOTHER CARD. Not sure but why but the cashiers always have a bad attitude, no one ..NOT ONE PERSON EVER TRIES TO HELP WHEN I ASK A QUESTION..when your in self checkout they always watch you like your stealing it’s pretty sad when your a regular and spend close to $2k a month I’m this place yet they treat you like your taking stuff .I will not be returning I’d rather drive an extra 30 min to get better service then to be treated with disrespect.please educate your staff it’s very unprofessional,while I understand theft is a thing but know your regulars especially when they shop 3-5 days a week .the older lady with bling hair and glasses close to self checkout is horrible and rude .she snatched the items out of my hand when I was scanning my things she’s not the right person for that job I might not be an important customer to you but know that word of mouth...
