One word - WOW! Was looking for a jeweler in Surprise vs. driving into Peoria or further to go to one of the big names. Reviews of Berkshire D&D were great so I decided to give them a try. I have a vintage ring that was missing a small diamond on the side and the main stone, a tanzanite, became chipped and fell out. Mike started off helping me identify a color and type of stone I wanted to have as a replacement. I became set on a champagne/morganite stone. Mike pulled Chrissy in and the two of them reached out to their vast network to find the stone in a suitable price range for me. Additionally, they replaced the side diamond and rhodium flashed the ring to bring it back to life (at a very reasonable cost)! Oh and, this all happened within 4 days! Wow!! 10/10!! My experience at Berkshire was far beyond than what I expected. Michelle helped me build a custom ring with two original rings that I had, while Jason made the magic happen. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what the outcome of my ring would be because it was a rough sketch that we drew up together by hand - designing a ring that is unique and like no other. Yesterday I picked up my ring (only took 2 1/2 weeks to make) and it is absolutely amazing and so much better than I imagined!!
